Q. From where can I get this Scooter in Mumbai? Does this scooter requires a Driving Licence and Registration? Because I own a Tunwal Sportz Mini Scooter which is also an Electric Scooter and it does not need Driving License and Registration. I want to buy Okinawa Praise at the earliest.
