Tata Motors announces mega service camp


The carmaker will offer a 51-point vehicle check-up along with lucrative discounts on services and accessories

Tata Motors has announced a nationwide service camp for its customers. The service camp is scheduled from March 20 to 26, 2015 and will cover 570 dealerships and authorised Tata service centres across the country.

In this camp the vehicles will be checked using a 51-point checklist without levying any charges on the customers. Customers can also benefit from offers on accessories as well as spare parts. The company has also associated with over 18 suppliers who will offer discounts on lubricants and other value added services.

Commenting on the initiative, Dinesh Bhasin, Head, Customer Support, Passenger Vehicles Business Unit, Tata Motors, said, “We are delighted to announce the launch of a nationwide comprehensive service camp for our customers. As a part of our even greater focus on customer delight in our HORIZONEXT strategy, these service initiatives harness technology, our network and customer insights to take customer service to a higher level of customer satisfaction. We are committed to provide our customers with consistent service support across all our models throughout the country. This week-long campaign will not only help us build stronger relationship with our customers but will also allow us showcase the strengths and rich experience of our extensive service network.”

To make this campaign even more exciting for customers, select workshops will offer test drives of the Zest sedan and the Bolt hatchback. Futhermore,  all eligible cars and UVs coming to the workshops will be evaluated and their current car valuation will be provided. A good exchange bonus will also be offered to the prospective customers.
