CBR250R. its 2 bikes rolled into one. Between rpm range of 4000-5000 it behaves like a city commuter..nice and easy. But above 7000 its transforms into a real sports bike with oodles of power on the tap and eager to surge forward. EXCELLENT braking with ABS. About Performance - its a no thrill performer - you will not get wheelies, but its very quick. You can beat a KTM200, its a no-drama bike - accelerates very quickly and brakes very hard too, just that you will not feel any jerks - ITS BUTTER SMOOTH. If you want thrill - this bike is not for you. If you want riding pleasure - This is THE BIKE.

CBR is still a beast of a machine. Its engine is like a bullet-proof engine. And it still looks upto today's standards. GO for it. You will have your best moments on it. It never make you down. Be it the power or the stability or the looks. Yes the design is old but still a beautiful beast.

You should go for Duke 250 because it has great power, torque and speed in a good budget. It has low maintenance as well. Around Rs 800-1200 charged by KTM Service Center in warranty, and in non - warranty cases, Rs 1600 - 2000 charged. So, go for DUKE 250. I hope my answer is helpful to you.
