Hero Maestro Edge Overview

Must Read Questions & Answers Before Buying Maestro Edge

Q. How is hero performance of maestro edge?
  • Good. it has more storage than any scooter in this category. The ride quality is fantastic and the brakes work well. though the engine in oversqaure, still it heats up quite a lot. front panel makes some noise, but still the suspension is better than Activa. The mileage is 40+, but after 3000 kms. Keep in mind to check the engine oil levels, as all scooters eat up engine oil. : By Sainik | 3 months ago
  • Maestro Edge uses a new 110.9cc motor that makes 8.4PS and 8.3Nm. The engine by itself is a peppy little number. It does 0-60kmph in 9.61seconds and hit a top speed of 84kmph, even if it took a while to get there once I was past 70kmph. The motor doesn't feel unrefined in any way even when you're trying to squeeze every bit of performance out of it. The average fuel efficiency of the scooter is around 50 Kmpl. : By Tushar | 1 year ago

Q. Is maestro edge get heavy vibration after crossing 60 KMPH
  • Hero Maestro Edge has eye catching styling, good features and good braking power but yes, it generates some vibrations. Still the Maestro Edge will give any 110cc scooter a good run for its money and is a value for money product. : By Zigwheels | 1 year ago
  • The latest one does not seem to have that problem. But we have the older version which surely dislikes speeds above 60kmph. It vibrates and rattles a lot at high speed. Also, braking is poor. : By Milw | 4 months ago
  • No not any higher vibration than other scooty it has very low vibration compare to Dio ,Jupiter,Aprilia. : By Zaid | 2 months ago

Q. Considering maintenance cost, scooter body and for long run which is best activa or maestro. Also which will give best on resale.
  • Vivek_Ns Actually in Moped bikes all body is Covered and in Gear Bikes are made of Metal mainly... As per my Experience into Riding all types of Moped I prefer to go for a Fiber body as Fiber is Cheap and if bike gets an accident then it is comfortable also for our pocket and it doesn’t even Rust like Iron. the Parts will not make any Noise while riding on Bad Roads or on stone roads. Iron Body is Heavier, Costly and Rust earlier. : By Karan | 1 year ago
  • Actually Vivek I haven't used Activa 5g or 4g but I have ride that bikes for about 100 Kms in a day and they are good...but cant explain you any difference in all the Activa Models as they all are same... : By Karan | 1 year ago
  • Maintenance Cost I will go for Maestro Edge as it is very Low and you get whole servicing in Just 500 rs Only where Activa Charge More..And If you are looking for Resale then Activa is the having Demand.. : By Karan | 1 year ago
