Hero Mavrick 440 Deliveries Begin Across India

Hero MotoCorp has commenced pan-India deliveries of its flagship bike, the Hero Mavrick 440, on April 15, 2024. Dr Pawan Munjal, the Executive Chairman of Hero MotoCorp, handed over the first bikes to customers at the Hero Premia outlet during a delivery event in Gurugram.

The Hero Mavrick 440 is based on the Harley Davidson X440 and shares the same engine. It is powered by an air-/oil-cooled 440cc SOHC single-cylinder engine that delivers 27.3PS at 6000rpm and 36Nm at 4000rpm (2Nm less than the X440). The 440cc roadster gets a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch.

The Mavrick 440 is available in three variants. The base variant comes in Arctic White with spoked wheels and is priced at Rs 1,99,000. The mid variant is available in a dual-tone colour scheme and is available in Celestial Blue and Fearless Red colours with alloy wheels, priced at Rs 2,14,000. The top variant is priced at Rs 2,24,000 (all ex-showroom). It features smartphone connectivity and gets alloy wheels as standard, and is finished in Phantom Black and Enigma Black colours.

In other news, Hero recently launched a new Hero Pleasure Plus Xtec Sports variant in India with vibrant colours and sporty graphics. Hero has also trademarked the design patents of the Surge S32 electric scooter, which was showcased earlier at the Hero World 2024 event.
