The Indian two-wheeler market saw many exciting launches in March 2024. Everyday scooters like the Hero Pleasure Plus, sporty bikes like the KTM RC series, and even adventure bikes like the 390 Adventure and Suzuki V-Strom 800DE – there was something for everyone.

KTM launched the 2024 RC and Adventure lineup in India with new colour schemes. Each model in the KTM RC and Adventure range, meaning the RC 125, RC 200, RC 390, 250 Adventure, and 390 Adventure, now comes in two new colour options. However, there are no changes in terms of mechanics or hardware across the lineup.

Hero MotoCorp launched a new variant of the Pleasure Plus, the Pleasure Plus Xtec Sport. This variant gets a lively Abrax Orange Blue colour scheme and is priced just a little bit above the standard Xtec model.

Suzuki India launched the all-new V-Strom 800DE at an introductory price of Rs 10.30 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The ADV is built on an all-new platform, has a newly developed 776cc parallel-twin engine and replaces the Suzuki V-Strom 650XT. It rivals the Honda XL750 Transalp, Triumph Tiger 900 and BMW F 850 GS, offering a significantly lower price than all of them.

The 2024 Triumph Rocket 3 range was also launched in India last month. The Rocket 3 Storm R is now priced at Rs 21,99,000 and the Rocket 3 Storm GT at Rs 22,59,000 (both prices ex-showroom). Powered by the same 2458cc, liquid-cooled three-cylinder engine, both bikes produce 15PS and 4Nm more than before and now cost Rs 2.09 lakh more than their predecessors.

Ducati India launched the 2024 Streetfighter V4 S at 28,00,000 (ex-showroom Delhi). Powered by the same 1,103cc, liquid-cooled, V4 engine from the Ducati Panigale V4, it produces 208PS and 123Nm. The Streetfighter V4 S is available in two colours: Ducati Red and the new Grey Nero. It competes against the other powerful naked bikes including the Kawasaki Z H2 and the Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS.
