Q. What is the exact mileage of the Hero Duet and how is the service?
Zigwheels | 9 months ago
Hero Duet has a claimed fuel economy of 63kmpl. The scooter has been engraved with a great suspension setup to face the potholes and bumpy speed breakers. The scooter handles well on road with a peppy engine, great mileage and good comfort, this is a perfect family scooter. Moreover, we would suggest you take a test ride of the scooter so that you may get a clarified view regarding the comfort, features and ride quality of the scooter.Click here for the dealership: https://www.zigwheels.com/bikes/dealers/Hero-Moto-Corp
Q. I am confused between Hero Duet and Activa 5G. My selection depends upon comfort, mileage and performance?

I will suggest Duet bcoz of suspension. It will give you more comfort. Mileage is almost the same in all scooters. If you ride in economy mode then it will give 50 to 54 kmpl. Permormance is increased due to again the handles are big and no fatigue while driving.due to telescopic suspension even through the bumps and rough roads.

For a good scooter with tested fuel efficient motor, decent performance and good build quality then we'd recommend opting for the Honda Activa 5G. For a better perspective, check out the first ride review by our experts.
The Activa-i primarily focuses on women. It’s got a peppy engine and comes with Honda’s quintessential Honda reliability. But the trailing link suspension up front doesn’t help much with soaking bumps as well as the Duet. On the back of handling and the features on offer, the Hero Duet ticks several right boxes despite an understated design language. So if you are looking for a unisex scooter that happens to be not so appealing on the design front, the Hero Duet is a good option to shortlist.
