Looks wise dashing with few pros and cons... Mileage is about 43 (exact) includes city as well as highway ride.. (city in day to day heavy traffic) - - engine is quite smooth with lack of power.. The price not justifies the price... Afterall you r paying your hard earned money of around 1.20 lacs.. Rest is okay.. Seat and suspension is on the harder set.. Your balls will feel the potholes and bums in our indian giod roads...

comfortable for daily usage and it's like a big motorcycle for an 150cc bikes and the handle bars I am sure everyone loves it.seats are bit hard for 100km ride .pillion comfort is good.the tank looks bulky and good.fI works good and abs it's single only in front that's enough for a 150cc engine and the power is more than enough for city rides. For long rides it's the engine that got heated up and you can feel the heat in your legs. vibration are low. cruising over 100 is comfortable for long ride because vibration is low overall performance is good and comfortable

Good bike with neat braking system and decent mileage.. but me being a tall rider of 6 ft I have been facing back pain and discomfort in the knees occasionally if I ride for long. One thing I didn't like in this bike is the mudguard.. the semi open mudguard is not designed properly and during rains it will spill on the sides of the bike and pillions lower part of the pant will be damaged due to splash.. Yamaha should think on retaining the old mudguard that they had used for FZ

I got good mileage and I use it regularly for a year. It's more stylish when I got but all came down in just couple of months the tank gaurd detached itself and teeths that held them together broke and I got new piece and fixed it. And it only took another 2 months to get detached and I lodged a complaint they said they are getting more complaints from every users and they are working on fixing it.

- A bike is meant for 2 people and serves the purpose of comfortable ride and performance elegantly. And it's never a wise idea to ride a triple seat on a two-wheeler because it's not just against law but also creates difficulties in manoeuvring the bike. There are high chances of mishaps when you ride a bike with three passengers on it. Moreover, we'd recommend taking a test ride of the bike for a better insight into the performance, comfort, and compatibility. Follow the link for dealership details: Bike Showrooms.
- Selecting between the Yamaha FZ-FI V3 and Honda Unicorn would depend on certain factors such as your budget, preference of the segment, features required, ride quality, etc. Honda Unicorn comes equipped with a larger 163cc fuel-injected, air-cooled engine produces 12.92PS and 14Nm. The bike features a long comfortable seat, good ground clearance and a refined engine, however, the Japanese brand has made no effort to modernize the Unicorn BS6 as it misses out on LED headlight or even a ACG starter as seen on the Honda Shine. On the other hand, the FZ-FI V3 is powered by a fuel-injected 149cc 2-valve single-cylinder engine. Revision to the engine has seen a power drop from 13.2PS to 12.4PS while the torque has been bumped up by 0.8Nm to 13.6Nm. The FZ still holds a strong position in the brand’s lineup and makes a strong case with its comfortable riding position and good handling traits. The bike comes equipped with modern day features like a smart-looking LED headlight and negative LCD fully-digital instrument cluster. For a better understanding of compatibility and riding comfort, we would suggest you to take a test ride. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership. - Yamaha FZ-Fi Version 3.0 is the entry-level street naked bike that helped Yamaha gain a foothold in the Indian market. Powered by a fuel-injected 149cc 2-valve single-cylinder engine the bike makes 12.4PS of power and 13.6Nm of peak torque. The street naked boasts a beefy design with its muscular tank and wide tyres. As for the fuel efficiency, the bike delivers approx 49.31kmpl in the city and around 55.42kmpl on highways. Moreover, life of the bike would depend on the riding conditions and maintenance of the bike. For a better understanding of compatibility and riding comfort, we would suggest you to take a test ride. One more thing is that there is an optional feature for charging point for FZ V3 which is not there in FZS Fi V3, this is secondary. One good thing that Yamaha has done was that they did not repeat the colours between the two bikes, this would give lot of options for the people to chose whatever they want.As far as I am riding the bikes I felt that there is not much of harshness in the gear and the clutch moment and it is pretty smooth till now.

- It completely depends on lot of factors like speed, number of persons on the bike, type of road the ride is through, riding style. But in general to say, on highway if you cruise at 70 to 85 you should get atleast 650 kms for one rider. However, it is highly recommended to take pit stops atleast for every 150 kms. This is not to have stress on engine and to increase engine life. I own fz S V3 and I got 54 kmpl mileage when I travelled from Anantapur to Hyderabad (370kms)

But if you are looking more on the mileage, comfort riding, engine performance and powerful braking then hands down you can just go for Yamaha FZ V3. Just ensure to test ride before buying. - There's no luggage holder for FZ v3, but you can buy an external holder which perfectly fits the bike to carry your luggage. This is the external holder which I am using it right now whenever I go for a long drive. It has a sporty look with thin and sleek design. - Im also same problem slightly pulling to left side with hands on handlebar pls help me my hand pain driving means pls give one solution
- Yes. Easly
- It will be difficult.
- Yes
- I am getting 59 km/l in high way and 55/56 in regular city conditions. But my routes are clear not facing any traffic jam almost all the time that is why I am getting higher milage. In heavy traffic conditions also the bike is able to give you around 48-52 depends on the riding nature.
- Yes it gives 50 in city
- No it's not suitable for 3 because of petrol tank model. It's comfortable for only 2 persons. If it's ladies single side sitting in pillion they r not comfortable for more than 10km Especially in saree's.
- Yes, if you have ladies footwear then no problem.
- No issue.
- ABS light gets turned off when you start your bike and drive few distance away. It's gets activated when the sensor senses the slip of the tyre. It mostly Activates at the speed above 40 km/hr
- When you start the bike the light is ON After few meter automatically its OFF, It indicates ur ABS system is working. In FZ v3 it's single channel ABS It will work only in ur front brake. It's type of system when u apply the sudden brake it automatically adjust themself it stops smoothly...
- ABS light whenshining/on indicates ABS is not working. ABS works at speed greater then 12 kmph.ABS system is working when ABS light is off
- If you require more power and stability then you can think of Hero Xtreme Sports, but if your priority is more on the comfortable ride, better braking and new look then, in that case, you can think of Yamaha FZ.Just ensure that you test ride and check yourself before you buy. Happy riding!!!
- Yamaha FZ Fi version 3.0 handle is good than xtreme
- Yamaha is super
- Go to service center...they will fix it..
- During lock move handle left to right
- Go to service center
- Your feet just short when you stand .
- Yes
- Yes
- Really good suspension setup helps in bad roads...chunky rear tire is good for handling and stability...ground clearance is decent.the bike is also lightweight ..only issue is lack of torque for steep climbs...one have use the clutch more in low rpm...otherwise fzs v3 is a good offraoder over all..
- Every thing is Excellent
- Excellent
- Model aur balancing fz behtar hai.engine ki smothness pickup pulser ka behtar hai.
- FZ S version 3.0
- FZs-Fi V3
- FZ S version 3.0 milage is better then Apache. But ground clearance is better in Apache.
- FZs-Fi V3
- If your priority is more on the power end then, no doubt Pulsar NS 200 as the power is 23.5 PS @ 9500 rpm when compared to Yamaha FZ v3 which has 13.2 PS @ 8000 rpm because of the CC. But if you are looking more on the mileage, comfort riding, engine performance and powerful braking then hands down you can just go for Yamaha FZ V3. Just ensure to test ride before buying. Happy Riding !!!
- Go for pulsar ns 200 if you want power and torqueFor daily ride and comfort and enough torque for traffic go for Fz Fi V3
- Both are good 1st of you go both show room and take a test drive then decide
- If you are looking for more performance go with apache. Actually Iam an yamaha fan that is the only reason why I bought fz instead of rtr 160 4v fi. Both of them are good. Go take a testdrive and finalize. Now I am getting around 50-56km/l milage .
- In all senario FZ v3 is best.insted of cc bike 160 apache
- Rtr 160 4v
- Does abs afect when km wire is removed from fzv3 bike
- It will go off once the bike started moving...if the ligh will not go off that means some issues with abs.
- After riding ABS become off that is properly work. If light on then it seems to problem.
- Did you mean best engine oil I prefer you yamalube
- Go for motul. its fully synthetic and long durable.
- Yamaha engine oil is very good
- I m 5'9". for me dont have any issues. I think it will be comfortable for u too. pls take a test drive and finalise.
- Bro, it's made for you
- Go for MT or definitely Himalayan
- For best mileage fz v3
- FZ S V 3. Best bike
- FZ, any version.
- It was quite common even for me when I started using the bike because the bike is relatively new and that it would take time for the engine to get set. That is the reason why the showroom people would have told you that ride slowly until your first service. Post first service it will be fine.
- I bought this bike 2 days before, my engine fault light is always on. Is it normal?
- ITS COMMON BECAUSE ITS BEEN TUNED UP FOR SMOOTHER PERFORMANCE TO INCREASE OVERALL COMFORT AND AVERAGE AS WELL.
- Very low.
- 1000 ₹ when free service is over
- My 1st service cost is Rs.380
- Yamaha FZ S Fi V3 its better
- FZ S Fi V3
- Fz only
- Fz engine such beautiful performance.
- FZ Fi V3 for daily commuter
- Fz v3 in my point of view
- My first service cost only 400 rs no other maintenance cost ......
- Low maintenance cost and long lasting engine
- Very low maintenance cost.
- Not possible
- Hmm
- Yes
- 1000 km speed 60 to 70 kmh
- 500 km or first service.
- 40km
- FZ FI 3.0 .design change .performance...pickup..comfort..abs.... dual dis etc...
- Abs,daul disc break,and sporty look.
- Search for this on youtube.
- Carburetor old tecnology hai fuel injection new.starting better fuel injection me.
- Fuel injection
- Fz 25 pickup is best.
- FZS V3 is also good choice.
- Both are good...
- In my opinionHornet (but you don't get a engine k**l switch) And it's common now on the roadSuzuki gixer is best 👍💯 but service is very poor same with the ApacheFz version 3 (ALL ROUNDER) NEW LOOK GREAT SERVICE
- Fz fi v3 is best bike for any one
- Fz v3
- Do you really think you need anti wheel protection on 150cc bike lol you just don't need it even if you give full throttle it hardly pops up wheel
- Nope
- No
- No back pain.I am 54 years old and done 1224 Km from south Kerala to Malabar including Wayanad hills in 3 days this week. I am exactly OK.
- No back pain but little bit pain in my knee due to tall person.
- No back pain after long drive even you enjoy.
- If you notice between the two there is not much of a difference because the dimensions, engine, performance, ergonomics everything is same. it all boils down to one thing, do you want a engine guard and body graphics or not. If you want then you can go for FZS Fi V3, if not FZ Fi V3.
- Basically there is no such great difference in both.in fz s u will have a engine guard and chrome garnish. and yes if you want maate colour gofor fz s and if u like glossy go for fz
- There is no mechanical difference between two bikes 2 segments have 3 different colours which colour u like u can bur Adding one thing matt finish colours which is offered in fzs like matt black tends to attract dust in very short time and looks dirty So went for pure black colours and I'm very satisfied
- 4.5k rpm
- 4.5k rpm
- You can wait till first service after you can speedup then it is good.
- I guess so, because few people were telling that their leg was barely reaching and they had to stretch and keep the leg. For confirmation go to the nearest showroom and test ride to see your comfort and choose the same.
- I think you go nearest show room and take a test drive
- Go to your nearest showroom and check it
- Yes, and get beter mileage and comfort
- Yes,and get beter milage also .
- Yes
- Yes, but check mobile oil is full as mention in booklet
- Yes comfortably
- Yes,
- Iam highly recommend FZ FI v3 👍👌👌👌
- Iam highly recommend Yamaha FZ S FI V3
- Yamaha fz s fi is best.
- FZ S version 3.0 is best bike in all format except higher cc bike. But no need for higher cc because you need economic also
- TVS RTR is much better in performance. YAMAHA FZ V3 is better in fuel efficiency, style and comfort
- Fz ki power kam hai par bike acchi hai Gixxer or Apache ki tulna me
- Version suspension is better
- Both r good...
- It is like comparing 150CC and 160CC. If you go with the power and pickup and speed then hands down it is Xblade. But if you are going for braking, comfort and smoothness then no doubt it is FZ V3. Check yourself by test riding before buying the same.
- V3
- Fz
- Yes
- Yes, no issues
- Your hight is Perfect .
- Yes..always
- Yes
- Yes
- Not at all. It all depends on how u ride and maintain. Its a machine. And every machine needs maintenance.
- I used FZ V3 since 2 mnths. I rode it 3000+kmph. I didnt felt any engine problems.
- Don't go for bs 6
- Above all are false ans , you can use fzs v3 for long drives upto 1000km , because I traveled Jan 12th 2019 Hyderabad Kukatpally to Srikakulam, ap, it was fantastic ride , nearly 870km in 12 hr I was reached my destination, it's was great ride , and the mileage will comes upto 55km per ltr , I feel wondering to check the mileage also , tnq yamaha ..
- Sort of, because this bike doesn't have the throttle you would not be to enjoy for a long duration, but you can use this bike for riding upto 100 to 150 kms as that would be quite suitable and comfortable. Just make sure that you test ride once before checking the ergonomics of the bike.
- You can long ride but you should modify bike seat for its hardness and this bike have low power which is very toughf for hill riding. I am a fzs v3 rider and you can see its performance on my YouTube channel New moto travel
- Obiosly fz v 0.3 coz advance technology input in this bike and also bike is show habi and stylish
- Defanitily Fz v.03 bcoz its lot more advanced than v2
- V3
- I feel yes, but just test ride once and see your comfort before buying the same.
- Uuuh, before buying take a test ride according to me it's not.
- Absolutely it shoots Both short rider and tall riders
- FZS V3 is the best in segment comparison to it's other rivals. Very good handling, superb riding comfort, good mielage (I got 45kmpl within city even before it's 1st service), better braking efficiency and road grip, above average throttle response etc makes it the best in its segment. Manufacturer could have added additional info such as gear position indicator, a powerful headlamp and avg fuel consumption details in the speedometer which is a negative indeed. Overall, I rate Yamaha FZS : 8/10.
- Both have hard suspension setup. if the roads in your area are bad, both will give a hard time. still, fz v3 will be a better choice, as it comes with fuel injection.
- Fz bcoz it's more comfortable for city and highway rides
- Fzs v3 1 Litter petrol 50 km average
- Just a paint job and under cowl and chrome finish in front fake air vent
- Version 3 ,Fzs no idea but should be 45 .My fz fi v3 gives 35kmpl only very frustrating. Wasted my money.
- Show many companys is now India market show you go 1st show room then you choose your like bikes then take test drive after test drive you decide ,your favorite one
- Apache rtr 160 4v.
- Fz v3 or gixer 2019
- FZS v3 having abs and better engine tunning, led drl lights and better average. You will also get a good resale.
- V3
- New version is best
- Fz
- Hornet will be better
- Fzs v3 obviously
- Ghatya bike TVS New bike Apache 160 4v , please not purchase, engine smoking in One year, warranty is fake. TVS company is fraud.
- Dono hai.
- Both will be comfortable for you. Take a test ride for better clarity.
- Go for fz v3. people are saying that the 4v is having super smooth engine but believe me I have ridden it and I feel the difference in riding my fz and 4v the 4v is having little bit more vibration than fz. even the looks of fz are attractive with fuel injection and single channel ABS in standard . GO FOR FZ . because it's YAMAHA
- If you want speed, pick up and sporty ride feel then go for Apache RTR 160 4V; but if you would want mileage, comfort and effective braking then you should go for FZS-FI.
- FZS V3 is made for a decent performance and better mileage. Of course its lowest power in the segment but u wont feel it in city riding. Its having amazing ergonomics and not better aero dynamics. its top speed is 112kmph without pillion.
- Yamaha is better in all the condition
- Thank you so much
- Gixxer have start vibereting after some time of use....fz smooth hai or 3 4 sal bad bhi smooth hi rahati hai...power Thora kam hai par bike aone hai..so my suggestion is go with fz. Baki aap dekhlo bhai
- I have Suzuki gixxer sf. I am riding this bike from last two years. .. it is still going like Makkhan. What an amazing bike by Suzuki. . I can confidently say you should go for Suzuki. .
- Sf and fzs ?? If you are thinking for SF then go for r15 v3 or Fazer 25. Btw both bikes are good but FZ having better resale value
- Yeah, it is quite a good commuter-friendly bike where comfort, braking, handling and smoothness is there. Just ensure that you test ride once and see your comfort before buying the same.
- Yeah, it's an daily driver as the previous generation successfully did, Yamaha have also done some minor changes to the ECU to improve the low end torque on the FZ and the FZS v3, hence would be a better city driver. You can definitely opt for the FZS v3 over it's rivals since it gets a fresh look and hence grabs more attention on the road.
- Yeah i travelled daily boisar to surat in lockdown. Near by 500km daily
- Go for Himalayan
- Ya ...osm bike for tall riders...I am also 6.1 inches...
- Obviously
- For power and speed TVS Apache RTR 160 no doubt, but if you want a decent mileage and performance with comfortable braking then you should go with the Yamaha FZ V3. Just ensure to test ride before buying. Happy Riding !!!
- Fz v3
- Fz
