Shocking: Speeding BMW M3 kills two in Mumbai

Speed kills, and this has been proven yet again with the recent incidence that has come to light. Mrugen Chorghe, a 23-year-old man and son of a builder, was allegedly speeding in Virar, Mumbai when he rammed into a Honda Activa scooter killing two elderly, identified as Nazareth Dcunha (65) and Sangeeta John (45). 

The 23-year-old driver surrendered himself to the police before fleeing from the scene. Chorghe who is reportedly pursuing higher education in Canada got bail afterwards. The 65-year-old victim died on the spot, while John who was the pillion rider succumbed to her injuries at a hospital.

Reports suggest, the M3 was being driven on the wrong side of the road. Images of the crash that surfaced on the web reveal that the impact of the crash was such that it broke the Activa into two pieces. 

The cops were allegedly prevented from taking the car to the police station by an angry mob. However, the car was found completely charred in the early hours a day later. Two theories have cropped around the charred car with one pointing towards the possibility of the driver setting it ablaze to destroy the evidences. The other theory, however,  points towards the chances of the angry mob torching the car.
