Worst experience, No service center, Parts not available, Charging problem, Throttle problem, I suggest don't purchase tvs iqube

Within 4 months of purchase, the battery got faulty and need to be replaced. Within one month of the battery replacement again there was a charging problem and now the service center replaced the onboard charging circuit and provided a direct charging system. Now the battery is getting charged only 4% in 1 hrs. In 12 hrs it got charged only 35%.Worst experience of my life. Every day struggling to get a permanent solution but neither the service center is capable enough to resolve the issue permanently nor get a response from the company directly even after several complaints on tweeter and calls. Would never recommend this vehicle.

I had purchase TVS iqube
I had purchase tvs iqube 3 weeks back and ran 432 km still.Problem is with the mileage.The company had mentioned per charge 100km mileage.But for me it is giving only 68 or less than that.That too in economy mode.I had approached to service center, And lot of owners are facing the same issue.So if you are looking for economical electric scooter check for other options too.Note: performance wise no issue.Only problem with the milege.
Performance of the vehicle is worst full charge in eco mode maximum it gives only 56 kms customer service is worst.After 2 days of purchase the vehicle started problems.After continues call they have taken to service center 21 days they kept and retuned.3 days it is good.After that same problem.Last 2 days back ii taken to rajajinagar from hoody circle total 48 kms.With 109% change while coming back it stopped before 6 kms of my reach.Agai the vehicle towed to nearest service center for charging as gps concerned it is not working properly, Overall it is failure vehicle.
