Bad service

Very bad service with tvs i cube they don't have ready part to replace they take 15 days to replace any part and vehicle will not move till you replace so waste of buying this you get get parts of this vehicle don't purchase it

Worst experience

Worst experience, No service center, Parts not available, Charging problem, Throttle problem, I suggest don't purchase tvs iqube

My Experience

Within 4 months of purchase, the battery got faulty and need to be replaced. Within one month of the battery replacement again there was a charging problem and now the service center replaced the onboard charging circuit and provided a direct charging system. Now the battery is getting charged only 4% in 1 hrs. In 12 hrs it got charged only 35%.Worst experience of my life. Every day struggling to get a permanent solution but neither the service center is capable enough to resolve the issue permanently nor get a response from the company directly even after several complaints on tweeter and calls. Would never recommend this vehicle.

I had purchase TVS iqube

I had purchase tvs iqube 3 weeks back and ran 432 km still.Problem is with the mileage.The company had mentioned per charge 100km mileage.But for me it is giving only 68 or less than that.That too in economy mode.I had approached to service center, And lot of owners are facing the same issue.So if you are looking for economical electric scooter check for other options too.Note: performance wise no issue.Only problem with the milege.

I have two tvs company vehicle tvs scooty, Tvs star city, Heart touching performance and very good service enigine sound very good mileage is exalent, Now i booked iqube st online my family tvs family.

Mileage in eco mode- 62Service

Mileage in eco mode- 62 service cost is maintainable.Too much of electrical problems occurnot satisfied with the product.

Showroom dealer

No service.No response from the showroom dealer.No authentic person to answer.Nobody answer your call.No skilled technical person to rectify the problem no roadside assistance.Dash board shows false km range.Suddenly dropdown the charging.Charging time 6 to 7 hours.Worst experience with tvs iqube scooter.
