It would be too early to give any verdict for the new Classic 350. Moreover, the upcoming new-generation Royal Enfield Classic 350 has been spotted with a revised instrument console. The void left by the absence of the analogue fuel-gauge is now filled thanks to the addition of tripper navigation. The digital pod lets users access turn-by-turn navigation when paired with a smartphone. The digital inset, on the other hand, is likely to display gear position, time, Eco mode, trip meter, and odometer readings. Another interesting change is that the chain drive is now on the left and the front disc has been moved to the right-hand side. It’s likely to come equipped with a larger 300mm front disc and a 270mm disc at the rear, paired with dual-channel ABS. From the looks of it, its suspension setup seems to be the same as the Meteor: a 41mm telescopic fork and twin shocks at the rear. It uses a new double-cradle frame with a telescopic front fork and dual rear shock absorbers. Sitting inside the frame is an all-new 350cc air-cooled fuel-injected engine, which could be counterbalanced for better refinement. This could be the same powerplant found in the Meteor 350, which produces 20.48PS at 6100rpm and 27Nm at 4000rpm, mated to a 5-speed unit. • swifting with style and power

My father gifted me a Royal Enfield Classic 350. It claims provides me a milage of around 35 to 40 kmpl . The Classic 350's riding posture is similar to the Bullet 350, with a comfortable, upright position with a well-padded seat. The ABS availability varies depending on the variant. If safety is a major concern. However, the lack of standard ABS is the major consideration i see in it . However, it offers decent fuel efficiency for its engine class.
