Yes you can do that but why? You could've just bought ns 200. This upgrade will cost you a lot. The front and rear rim will cost around 9k and front suspension will cost you 8.5k the front brake callipers and disc will cost 3.7kIn total that's 22k. If you plan on installing rear disc too then add another 3k . Also the rear sprocket of ns 160 won't fit on ns 200 rim without some modification, because the ns 200 Rim has 6 grooves om the hub to fit the sprocket, but the ns 160 sprocket only has 4 grooves. So it won't fit unless you do something about the extra gaps.

  • Bajaj Pulsar NS160: My Trusty City Zoomer

As the proud owner of a Bajaj Pulsar NS160, I have had quite the adventure zipping through the busy streets and occasional long stretches of my city. Purchased just over a year ago, this bike with its 160.3 cc engine offers the zest I need with a peak power of 15.5 PS and believe me, it does make a difference. The torque of 14 Nm coupled with a 5 speed gearbox ensures a smooth ride even in tricky traffic.Riding comfort is considerable, thanks to its well seat and upright riding posture, making even the longer commutes manageable.

  • promises and delivers performance

My NS160 has a 160.3cc engine , single-cylinder, oil-cooled, BS6 engine. It offers good performance for city traffic and comfortable highway riding . And it claims a mileage of 52 kmpl on highway .The NS160 offers a comfortable, upright riding posture with a slightly raised handlebar, a well-cushioned split seat design for rider . It lacks additional safety features like airbags or traction control that might be found in some bigger bikes. However it is not a most powerful engine.
