Don't buy it, want to sell this bike after 6 month of use, no Kickstart for emergency and small battery is terrible.

  • Q. Is Hornet 2.0 worthy to buy at 1.5lakhs? Hornet has no dedicated cooling, is there any engine heat issue and how is it's performance?
    Zigwheels | 10 months ago

The Honda Hornet 2.0 could prove to be an ideal choice if you are looking for a bike with a frugal engine, comfortable ride quality, and light handling. The Hornet 2.0 is powered by a 184cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine that puts out 17.27PS at 8,500rpm and 16.1Nm at 6,000rpm. Honda claims it has a healthy mid-range performance. However, for that premium price, it should feel premium, and it doesn’t do that enough. Neither in terms of build quality nor features. For a better understanding of compatibility and riding comfort, we would suggest you to take a test ride. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership details. • Q. If there is no kick start in cold conditions regarding engine starting problem. What is the purpose for giving only self start?
    Zigwheels | 1 year ago

Honda Hornet is powered by a 184cc single-cylinder air-cooled fuel-injected engine and being an Fi the engine is less likely to face issues in cold season. Unlike the carbureted versions, the Fi does not face ignition issues in cold season.

      I have purchased Hornet 2.0,

I have purchased hornet 2.0, 4-5 months back and have ridden 2000+kms now.Its a a bike with a very refined and smooth engine.Very comfortable in handling and very good pick up.Earlier had a 125cc bike and i was keen for a upgrade.Have tried other bikes in 200cc and lesser cc.And to be honest, None comes close to hornet.I usually ride b/w 70 & 100s now.Very comfortable and with 0 vibrations.Highly recommend this bike to all who are looking for an upgrade from 100cc / 125cc.Please take a test ride and confirm. The handle is little small, Which we may feel a little uncomfortable in the first ride, But later that is what we will love.Go ahead and ride the bike.

    • Honda hornet 2.0 replaces

Honda hornet 2.0 replaces the cb hornet 160r which used to be honda’s one of the highest selling motorcycles. The hornet brand was known for its aggressive styling and good performance. The new hornet 2.0 plans to take that to a new level. It comes up with anti-locking braking system. It gets cleaner lines and has more bulk that makes it quite striking.Plus, With the presence of golden upside down forks, This honda looks quite premium.
