Yes, for every vehicle running on-road be it new or old is it mandatory to get the pollution levels checked and issue of PUC Certificates. It is compulsory for every vehicle owner to carry a valid Pollution Under Control Certificate and maintain it, and shall be driven with the prescribed emission norms.
