- The Hero Xoom 110 is a sporty scooter from Hero MotoCorp. It is the first of its kind from Hero in the 110cc segment, with an all-new design language as well. The Xoom is Hero’s answer to the popularity of the Honda Dio in the 110cc space.
- The Xoom 110 gets a compact yet appealing design
- It gets sharp body panels which makes it look aggressive
- The scooter is offered in 8 exciting colour options

- The scooter also offers just about enough performance for highway usage
- The mid-range performance could have been better
- The scooter gets a telescopic fork and rear monoshock, both of which are a bit stiff
- Because of the stiff suspension setup, it handles well on smooth roads
- The tyres on the Xoom 110’s 12-inch wheels offer good grip to filter through traffic
- Braking performance is pretty good with decent progression and control
- The suspension setup is a bit stiff, so the rider ends up being tossed a bit while going over bad roads
- The asymmetric tyre profile and the firm suspension results in the scooter feeling a bit unnerving at first, so it takes time to get used to
- In terms of the ergonomics the Xoom 110 is quite comfortable
- It gets a neutral riding posture which will be liked by riders of all shapes and sizes
- The seat is wide, comfortable and quite well padded
- In terms of the pillion comfort too, the Xoom is not bad and offers enough space and comfort for short commutes
- It gets 19.2-litre underseat storage which is quite spacious
- The Xoom 110 gets a fully digital instrument cluster which shows all the crucial information
- The cluster is easy to read and gets smartphone connectivity which shows SMS/call alerts
- It gets all LED lights and also gets cornering lights
- Gets a USB charger along with utility hooks
- Misses out on turn-by-turn navigation
- The Hero Xoom 110 is one of the very few sporty commuters scooters in the market
- It gets comfortable ergonomics with sporty handling
- Along with this, the scooter also gets sporty looks which should make it the first choice of youngsters
- The suspension could have been slightly softer
- Hero should’ve offered turn-by-turn navigation
Pros and Cons of Xoom 110
- Sharp and aggressive design language
- Powerful yet frugal motor and Handling is quite agile
- Fit and finish levels could have been better
- Stiff suspension setup makes the ride a bit uncomfortable
The Hero Xoom 110 is a good option to consider if you are looking for a sporty 110cc scooter with aggressive looks, powerful engine and good practicality features. But an improved built quality and a softer suspension setup would have made it much better.
