Q. I got Ntorq in 2019 bs6. Rode 21000 KM with time to time service at showroom. Recently I have done a long ride of 300 km. While coming back my engine started crackling sound. Exhaust note has also changed. When I checked with local mechanic he said that engine oil has been completed dried. After toping up oil excess white smoke coming out. The mechanic said that oil is leaking into piston and engine has come to bore. How can it be possible as my bike is being serviced time to time at showrooms.
