Check the fuel level and fuel valve.Carburetor: If the carburetor is dirty or clogged, it can cause starting problems. Try cleaning the carburetor and see if it improves the starting.Ignition system: A faulty ignition system can also cause starting problems. Check the ignition coil, CDI unit, and wiring for any issues.Starter motor: If the starter motor is not working properly, it can cause starting problems. Check the starter motor and the wiring for any issues.

    My be due to coolness of battery or off from a long time. You should take it to service center.
