Recently Asked User Questions

Q. Which is a good scooter to buy Honda Activa 6G or Suzuki Access 125?
  • Both cars are good in their own forte. Activa 6G packs a very refined motor and finally gets a telescopic front fork. Overall, the Activa 6G offers a much smoother engine, better-claimed fuel efficiency, as well as slightly improved handling and ride quality, ensuring that it fills the shoes of its predecessor rather well. On the other hand, The Suzuki Access 125 is one of the most refined scooters in India. It offers superb ride quality and soaks up bumps really well. It has all the crucial updates to help it continue its streak of being the best-selling scooter in the 125cc segment. Sure it does have its own set of shortcomings but as an overall package, the Suzuki Access 125 is capable of holding its own in the competitive segment. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride before making the final decision. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership details.
Q. What is the difference between Honda Activa 6G Standard and Premium Edition?
  • The first difference that you notice upfront is the gold-coated chrome garnish that the Premium Edition gets on the front apron. The standard Activa 6G’s design, on the other hand, is familiar, looks proportionate, and is elegant. It doesn’t get the chrome garnish and looks a bit bland when compared to the Premium Edition. The Premium Edition also features gold-colored steel wheels and badges, further accentuating the premium feel. That said, we wish Honda had given alloys in the Premium Edition. You get neatly-finished white steel wheels on the standard version of the Activa 6G. Read more Honda Activa 6G Standard vs Premium Edition: Differences Explained In Photos.

Q. Which is better between KTM RC 390 and TVS RR 310?
  • Both the bikes are good in their own forte. If you're looking for a light, powerful, sharp-handling sportbike that'll help you hone your skills, the KTM RC 390 makes perfect sense. However, the bike's committed riding posture means it's more suited for track than a road. And in that case, you could consider the TVS Apache RR 310 which has been significantly improved post its BS6 update. On the other hand, TVS has done an incredible job in ironing out the sore spots of the Apache RR 310 with the BS6 update. It is loaded with tech, making it the most technologically advanced motorcycle in its class. The new prices are quite close to its fiercest rival -- the KTM RC 390. While it may lack the outright performance of the RC 390, the Apache RR 310 BS6 makes up for it by being a well-rounded machine that can do daily duties as well as corner carving or even touring, for that matter. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride before making the final decision. excel in every direction

Modern features and functions, the Honda Activa 6G is a dynamic model. I recently bought this bike and my driving experience has been amazing. The drive quality is swift and smooth. The range of the bike is offered at an affordable price. Unique features that make this model stand apart include comfortable seat, especially for the driver. The only con is that it feels a bit heavy at times. Rest, according to me the maintenance does not cost a lot.

    I purchased this as local

I purchased this as local riding requirment because of 2 main reason first is it's space second is it's price, It is comfortable and can be used by any one but it can takeover heavy loads.I didn't liked it's after sales agency service as they are non supportive and they didn't listen to any problem just cover that problem.

    Evolution of Dependability and Comfort

The Honda Activa 6G has now become the new standard of quality in the scooter segment, perfecting the known attributes of credibility and comfort. Its latest 109.51cc engine is more efficient, providing better operation. Quiet start button is very useful indeed, and long-travel telescopic front fork ensures comfort. Maintaining a modern appearance is its elite design and LED headlight too. However, some riders looking for front disc brake could be irritated with this bike. As a whole, the 6G Activa remains in front, offering reliable service and comfort for daily use in the city.

  • Activa 6G
    Reliable but Could Improve

I have been using the Honda Activa 6G for about a year and it is proven to be a dependable urban companion. The latest model comes with a 109.51cc engine, capable of a modest 7.68 bhp of power. It is not the most powerful but for city rides, it is sufficient. The fuel efficiency is commendable at around 50 to 55 km/l which is great for daily commutes. The enhanced smart power (eSP) technology and the engine start stop switch are thoughtful additions for fuel saving. However, I found the under seat storage slightly limiting if one needs to stow more than just basic items.

  • Activa 6G
    Most impressive scooter

My Activa 6G is a popular choice from many scooter and for good reason. Talking about its milage you can expect around 45-50 kilometers per liter. It's got a classic design with some fresh touches like chrome accents. Its pickup is decent for everyday riding, but not super sporty. Top speed is around 60 kmph. It generally has a 109cc BS6 engine delivers good fuel efficiency but slightly less power compared to the Activa 5G. But it is bit more expensive than the Activa 5G, starting around Rs 63,912

    one of my best decisions

My TVS Apache RR 310 is a popular sportbike in India known for its sporty design, powerful engine, and feature-rich package . It likely has a claimed top speed of around 160-165 kmph, which is suitable for highway cruising and aggressive riding on the track. My father feels safe with this bike as it has ABS technology but they feel uncomfortable due to its sporty design . It price is around 2.72 lakh which is very pricey from my point of view .

    Round performer

The apache rr310 is a good all-round performer in the single cylinder segment. It's suitable for city commutes, Highway rides and occasional track days as well. The following are few good things and bad things about the motorcycle (observed in a nearly 10k kms usage) pretty satisfied with the engine performance so far.Neither demands to be revved nor gives up when you do so.Mileage figures of nearly 28–30 kmpl in the city and over 35 kmpl during highway rides.Top speed performance and stability is just brilliant.Have seen serious speeds (not revealing here) on the speedo and the anchors were really helpful to get down to normal speeds on time as well. The highway rides on the machine are comfortable and enjoyable as compared to that of it's competitors.Trsck days are doable but require some effort to swing the bike at the corners and get used to the gear ratios and engine braking.Vibrations and rr310 go hand in hand.Revv to the higher rpms and the handlebars and footpegs do vibrate.Remove the mudguard assembly to break free of few noises at the back.Still you find few noises when you get into potholes which cannot be helped. The gear shifts of the rr310 are decent but not as smooth as you see in the ktms or the yamahas. The clutch is relatively hard as well but one can get used to it soon. However, Tvs has been rolling out few updates such as bar ends for the handlebars, Visor inner seal, And ecu update. The stock michelin tyres are grippy but are not long lasting.Guess one has to go for the mrf revzs for having more miles without the need to changing the tyresservice costs are similar to that of the ktms (range of 2.2–2.8k).However, The spares are really pricey. For instance, The front brake pads alone cost for over 2k (why tvs, Why?!)the service dealership and quality of tvs is good the service and assistance folks are quick to respond as well.

Just Got My TVS Apache RR 310: Here’s the Scoop

After much anticipation, I finally bought the TVS Apache RR 310 and it does not disappoint. Its 313 cc engine coupled with a 6 speed gearbox makes for a powerhouse that’s both speedy and smooth. The dual channel ABS and the race tuned slipper clutch addition make it a secure and responsive ride, which is a big plus for me.However,The digital instrument cluster, although modern, can be a bit difficult to read under harsh sunlight. Also, during my city rides, I noticed the bike tends to heat up quite a bit which could be uncomfortable in traffic jams.

    one of my best decisions

The TVS Apache RR 310 is a fully-faired bike, also known as a sportbike, designed for performance riding on streets . While not the most powerful sportbike, it offers a good balance of power and handling for spirited riding. The Apache RR 310 features disc brakes on both the front and rear wheels. If you love comfort for long rides or carrying a back. passenger frequently, the Apache RR 310's aggressive riding position might not be good for my family.
