Q. Which scooter to choose, Jupiter 125, Activa 125 or Access 125?
  • All three scooters are good in their forte. At first glance, the Jupiter 125 does everything you’d expect from a 125cc family scooter and some more. It’s got decent performance, handles well and it’s very comfortable too. But where it really stands out is with its comfort and convenience features, most of which are segment-leading, and almost make you wonder why no one else has implemented them before. Given that the Jupiter 125 comes better equipped at this price, we think it’s better value for money, and that might be enough to convince family-scooter buyers. On the other hand, The Honda Activa 125 BS6 does everything the previous scooter did and builds on it. In terms of practicality, comfort and reliability, few come as close as the Activa 125. It might not be thrilling to ride but with an extensive feature list, the Activa 125 ticks all the boxes of a family-oriented 125cc scooter. Whereas, The Suzuki Access 125 BS6 has all the crucial updates to help it continue its streak of being the best-selling scooter in the 125cc segment. Sure it does have its own set of shortcomings but as an overall package, the Suzuki Access 125 BS6 is capable of holding its own in the competitive segment. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride before making the final decision. Q. Which bike is best between, Dominar or Pulsar N250?
  • Both the bikes are good in their forte. Apart from its accessible price tag, the Dominar 250 does one thing right -- it is fit to purpose. The 250cc motor may feel boring on the KTM, but it works beautifully on the Dominar especially when you combine it with its comfortable touring ergonomics. It truly deserves the ‘sports tourer’ tag. So while Bajaj might pitch it as the entry-level Dominar, we think the 250 is the Dominar in its perfect form. On the other hand, with a powerful motor and comfortable ride quality, the Pulsar N250 is a good option in the 250cc, but the Pulsar NS200 is cheaper and offers better tech. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride before making the final decision. Q. I'm planning to buy a scooter, confused to buy between, TVS Jupiter 125, Suzuki Access 125 and Fascino 125? Which should I pick?
  • Selecting the right scooter would depend on certain factors such as your budget, brand preference, specific features requirement, usage, riding comfort, etc. At its asking price, the Jupiter 125 stands shoulder to shoulder with its rivals while offering a lot more. So, we’d say it’s value for money, and that’s precisely the Jupiter’s USP. Not to mention its feature list, which is bound to impress anyone looking for a practical, everyday scooter. The Access, on the other hand, is known for its butter-smooth engine, peppy performance, and build quality. It’s one of the sweetest scooters we’ve ridden so far. Lastly, the Fascino 125 Hybrid is now a well-rounded family-oriented product with some serious poke. It's smarter, quicker, livelier, easier to ride in city traffic and not to mention, more fuel-efficient. For a better understanding of compatibility and riding comfort, we would suggest you to take a test ride. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership details. • Dominar 250
A Reliable Companion on the Road

After owning the Bajaj Dominar 250 for several months now, I feel quite confident in sharing my honest thoughts about this agile beast. Powered by a 248 cc engine, it delivers impressive performance with a max power of 27 PS. While navigating through city traffic and during highway rides, its 6 speed transmission offers a smooth shifting experience. The bike’s muscular design with full LED lights is a definite head turner. However, from a daily commuter's perspective in India, the Dominar 250 can be a bit heavy specially during peak traffic hours or in tight parking spots.

The Bajaj Dominar 250 is a motorcycle that straddles the line between a sporty street and a comfortable bike . My dominar provides me a gets a 248.8cc engine which provides much power for our rides . It has a mileage nearly 35 kmpl which is decent in this price range . The pillion seat is also comfortable for carrying a passenger on rides. Its maintaineance costs more which affect my pocket whenever i sent it to the service center .

Riding the TVS Jupiter 125: A Step Up

After much contemplation, I upgraded to the TVS Jupiter 125 from its younger sibling, hoping for a power increase along with the reliability I had come to associate with the brand. The 124.8 cc engine definitely packs more punch offering a peak power of around 8 PS. The fuel efficiency is commendable too, at around 50 to 55 kmpl makes it a prudent choice for both city rides and occasional longer commutes. The larger fuel tank capacity of 5.1 liters means fewer stops for refueling, which is great. And who can overlook the spacious 32 liter under seat storage.

    beautifully made for you

Recently my brother bought a TVS Jupiter 125 for my father for daily essential rides. Its 124.8cc, single-cylinder and air-cooled engine us perfect fot my rides . I experienced that its milage is around 50 kmplm . The Jupiter 125 offers under-seat storage space that can typically accommodate a helmet. While ABS is not available, it is not that safer that i expected. Overall it offers a good balance of features, performance, and fuel efficiency at an attractive price point.
