    Recently Asked User Questions

    Q. Which one would be better between Dominar 250 and 400? My usage are within City, have RS200 2019, which didn't satisfied me.
    • Both bikes are good enough. If you are on a budget and want to upgrade your bike, Bajaj Dominar 250 is a nice option. It has great build quality and has a good feature list too. It would be a nice option for your daily commutes and occasional long rides but if you want more power, then you may go for Dominar 400 as both the bikes share a lot with each other. Do take a test ride to get better clarity. Check out authorised dealership details. You may compare both the bikes also.
    Q. I heard Dominar 250 will have similar features as Dominar 400, only difference wiil be small back tyres 130 instead of 150 & swingarm will get swapped. So need expert advice, what's the difference will see in bike due to these two features. I mean vibration or handling, etc wise. Also hope Bajaj keeps weight below 160KG.
    • In terms of looking, both bikes look similar. But there are some differences like while the bigger Dominar 400 uses a fat 43mm USD fork at the front, the baby Domi is equipped with a 37mm USD fork (135mm of travel remains the same). While the rear disc remains the same (320mm), the Dominar 250 uses a smaller 300mm disc at the front instead of a 320mm disc as seen on the Dominar 400. Another major difference between the two is the swingarm. The Dominar 250 comes with a box-section swingarm instead of an aluminum unit on the flagship motorcycle. To keep costs in check, the Dominar 250 rides on slightly slimmer 100/80 at the front and 130/70 tubeless tyres instead of radials seen on the bigger version. All these changes will result in quite a significant difference in terms of performance and mileage. If we talk about its weight, it is 180 kg which is a bit heavy for a 250cc bike. So, you can expect similar ride quality and a bit better handling in Dominar 250. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride in order to clear your all doubts.Check out authorised dealership details.
    Q. KTM DUKE 250 VS BAJAJ DOMINAR 400, Which is best and reliable long lasting machine. Only for long ride and touring purposes.
    • Dominar is the best, to keep it short. To explain it, I have rode KTM Duke 390 for quite a long rides and I own Dominar. The main difference is that Dominar during the long rides and tours, gives you immense confidence because of the stability even at 130+ kmph. Though Duke has a lot of power and acceleration because of the light weighted body and torque, it doesn't give you the same confidence of stability just like the Dominar. And I clocked a trip of 1343 km in 3 days during which, the bike (Dominar) cruised smoothly even on the worst roads, but never gave a trouble, not even for a second.
    • Dominar is having a very nice machine which doesn't heat much from the Duke 250 and it will even help you for long ride because the engine doesn't gets heated too much and it is little bit much comfort from the Duke 250 in matter of seat
    • Then you opt for Bajaj 2019 Dominar 400. This bike is segmented as cruising bike and KTM Duke 250 is non-abs and segmented in sporting bike. You have your clear cut answer
