TVS iQube Latest Updates
New variants of the TVS iQube are set to arrive, likely in 2024, as revealed by K N Radhakrishnan, Director and CEO of TVS Motor Company in a recent earnings call. The TVS iQube electric scooter range received a price increase with the conclusion of the FAME 2 subsidy in March. Here are the revised prices including the EMPS 2024 (Electric Mobility Promotion Scheme 2024) subsidy.
The TVS iQube is the Hosur-based manufacturer’s first electric scooter and offers a new commuter-centric alternative to people looking for an electric scooter for their daily commute.
TVS iQube Scooter Price : The iQube is available in two variants. The base variant costs Rs 1,36,628, and the S version is a bit more expensive at Rs 1,46,420 (both prices ex-showroom Bengaluru including EMPS 2024 subsidy, which stands for Electric Mobility Promotion Scheme 2024).
Features of TVS iQube Scooter : The iQube scooter has many cool features. The basic version has a small digital display, while the S version has a bigger display with joystick control. The ST version has an even larger touchscreen. All versions can connect to your smartphone and have LED lights, a lit-up logo, lights under the seat, and a place to charge your phone. Some extra features include parking assist, different riding modes, day and night display, and a regenerative braking system. With your phone connected, you can see your past rides, get alerts if you go too fast or have an emergency, check how much battery you have left, find where you parked, and get help with directions and phone calls. The ST version also has voice control and a big space under the seat for storage.
TVS iQube Scooter Engine : Both the iQube and the iQube S are powered by a 4.4kW electric hub motor and 3.04kWh lithium-ion batteries. This lets them go up to 78kmph and travel around 100km on one charge. The ST version has bigger batteries, so it can go up to 82kmph and travel around 140km.
TVS iQube Scooter Suspension, Brakes & Other Details : The scooter also boasts a telescopic fork and twin shock suspension setup. Braking is handled by a front disc and rear drum unit, with 12-inch wheels borrowed from the Jupiter Grande. In terms of weight, the standard and S variants tip the scales at 118kg (kerb).
TVS iQube Scooter Rivals : The TVS iQube competes against other premium electric scooters like Ampere Nexus, Ather 450X, Ola S1 Pro, Bajaj Chetak, Vida V1 range and the Ather Rizta.
TVS iQube Scooter Range : The iQube can go up to 100km on one charge.
TVS iQube Scooter Variants : TVS offers the iQube electric scooter in three distinct variants. The standard variant is priced at Rs 1,36,628, while the S variant comes in at Rs 1,46,420 (both prices ex-showroom Bengaluru including EMPS subsidy). As for the top-tier ST variant, pricing details are yet to be disclosed.
Also, the deliveries of the TVS X are set to start in the next few weeks

Six Months with the TVS iQube Electric
Transitioning to an electric scooter, I chose the TVS iQube and after six months, the experience is pleasantly positive with a few caveats. The iQube’s electric motor, delivering a peak power of 4.4 kW, offers a smooth ride with instant torque availability. It is incredibly silent and responsive, which is a joy in urban traffic. The range of about 75 km on a single charge fits well for daily city commutes but range anxiety is real on longer trips, where charging stations are still scarce. Charging time is another point taking about 4-5 hours for a full charge is not ideal but manageable.

We purchased a electric
We purchased a electric scooty tvs iqube s- mercury grey on the name of durga bhavani on 12 th april. We are facing major problems with the scooty.Scooty got stopped after 20 kilometres even after giving full throttle. We went near service centre to complain about the problem. They have solved the problem and given back.Again we have faced panel sounds and pannel gaps for this brand new scooty. On 6 th may, At 10 'o' clock am, We again visited the showroom and gave complaint about the problem, They have done minor changes by sticking two sided tape between the pannels.May be in future i may get many issues with this scooty. So i need a permanent solution or else replace my scooty.

where the best qualities are at
The TVS iQube is an electric scooter manufactured by TVS Motors, an Indian two-wheeler sccoter which is loved by my family . The standard and S variants offer a claimed riding range of around 75 km. Its top speed is electronically limited to 78 km/h . Faster charging options might be available depending on the variant and specific charging stations. The anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) is not currently offered on the iQube. Its under-seat storage space can accommodate a helmet which is not that much which i expected.

Eco-Friendly Urban Commuter with Tech Delights
" The eco-friendly TVS iQube suits very well the hip rider who is looking for efficient green-power drive and for the convenience of modern elements. People like the fact it is a silent whippet that has such a comfortable and a modern engine as well as having zero emissions, which is why it is such a great choice for office commuters. The outstanding design which includes the intelligent connectivity systems of the vehicle and the regenerative braking system make it very much admired. While it is true that some people ask for a lower number of charging cycles and improvements to charging is also mentioned as a near necessity to enhance the overall usage."
