Honda Activa e: has been unveiled in India, and will be launched in January 2025, and the deliveries will commence in February 2025.

The electric Activa gets two variants: Activa e: and Activa e: Honda RoadSync Duo. Both the variants have a 6kW motor, which is powered by two 1.5kWh swappable batteries. This gives the e-scooter a claimed range of 102km. The batteries cannot be charged by the owners, and need to be swapped when drained.

Tht Honda RoadSync Duo is the top variant that gets a 7-inch TFT display with smartphone connectivity and connected tech, while the standard Activa e: is the base variant that gets a 5-inch LCD display and misses out on connectivity features.

The Activa e: range is expected to be priced around Rs 1.3 lakh (ex-showroom).

After months of anticipation, I finally got my hands on the Honda Activa Electric. As someone who commutes daily in busy city traffic, I was looking for something eco friendly and cost effective. Honda’s promise of a powerful electric motor and the familiar Activa reliability convinced me to make the switch.Performance wise, the Activa Electric did not disappoint. The acceleration is smooth, thanks to its electric motor that delivers enough torque instantly. Honda activa electric will be coming soon with the very amazing look and people are waiting for this electric scooter because the activa petrol version is very famous. It will be very premium looking scooter and get a big touchscreen with the amazing features. It will come with the removable battery and the driving range is around 100 km and will comes with the drum and disc brakes. I hope this scooter will hit the market because activa is already a very reliable scooter that gain buyers trust.

Premium looking electric scooter

My Honda activa electric will be loved by my family as it saves money as it is a EV . Its estimated price is estimated to start around Rs 1 lakh to Rs 1.5 lakh. I experienced its top speed is expected to be around 60-80 kmph. Electric scooters typically require less maintenance compared to petrol scooters . Colors haven't been revealed yet, but expect a variety of options similar to other Activa models . However its price is high .
