Q. My bike is consuming more engine oil and at times some smoke comes out of the exhaust, what is the issue?

My TVS Apache RTR 180 is known in well known my colony due to its attracting due to its sporty design and decent performance. It has a 177.4cc, BS6-compliant engine and has a mileage of around 48 kmpl. When i ride it in highways its top speed of around 115-120 kmph, which is sufficient for city riding. Its price generally comes around ₹1.33 lakh. The TVS Apache RTR 180 weighs around 140 kg which is decent but its mileage is not satisfying .

Those buyers who want more power and pickup with high performance this bike is perfect for that and for city rides it is a great bike but the brakes need more improvment. The riding positon of this bike is very comfortable and the engine is a great performer with well made suspension setup.
