• Q. How’s Dominar’s performance after 3-4 years? After all it’s a bike from Bajaj and not like Honda or Yamaha. Dose the durability or reliability can be trusted as the competitors as to bring the bike to the most value for money Bajaj might have used the cheaper build quality.

I agree that it's a BAJAJ but it doesn't feels like a bajaj even after almost 3yrs I have a 2017(Feb) Dominar and I love it...I had an accident, an uber cab hit me on my leg guard and I didn't even felt the impact and the dezire's mudguard came off(it's so durable)

@ Muhammed | I agree with you but they tried hard to make dominar much better.i own 2019 dominar and what quality issue I felt is crash gaurd quality its pathetic.other than it's a solid bike with nice engine

That's true.. the crashgaurrd is shit.. the just bend in case of impact... Right now I'm looking for crashbars with frame sliders... But there's a narrow market for that...if you know any crashgaurd with frame sliders... Pls do let me know

  • Power Meets Elegance

I have been riding the Bajaj Dominar 400 for over a year now and it has been quite the powerhouse with a wholesome touring experience. Fitted with a 373.3 cc engine that pushes out 40 PS of power, this bike is built to rule the road. The bike accelerates smoothly with its mated 6 speed gearbox and the slipper clutch is a gift in heavy traffic providing a non tiring ride. One aspect I admire is the twin channel ABS that ensures great stopping power adding a layer of safety to each ride. The digital instrument cluster is crisp and adds to a modern riding experience.

The Bajaj Dominar 400 is a popular bike in my colony and i owned it . It claims me a mileage of 27 kmpl which is not that much which my brother expectrd from it . Talking about the safety dual-channel Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) is a standard feature. It lacks additional safety features like airbags or traction control that might be found in some bigger bikes . It gives you many options in colours which best suites your style (Vine Black, Aurora Green) .

  • Heavy weight touring bike

I got 25 to 30 kmpl of mileage because it is a very powerful bike with very heavy weight but in the corners the weight feels highly. The suspenison of this bike is quite stiff but absorbent and the stability is outstanding and is nicely balanced bike and can go to a long trips without any problem. If you are a touring person then bike is excellent choice because the weight is heavy which is good for highway and touring but the city use is not good with this bike.
