Is there any heating issues with the bike like Duke 390 has

These are hig rev engines and they produce heat but they have a good functioning compressor for liquid cooling that works perfectly

Not as much as on the Duke 390. The engine does heat up in bumper to bumper traffic but it does not bother you enough. The heat dissipation mechanism is excellent. You won't find the heat too hard to bear.

No it doesn't get heated as much as KTM but u might feel bit of a heat on your legs when the radiator fan gets turned on
