Worst experience

Worst experience of ola sq pro quality of spare is to poor that complain will arise with in 3 month, And hike is company will not entertain your complain with in warranty, Company will ask you charge with in 3month of time

Store stuff

I started to ride the bike. The first day I really enjoyed it as the pick up is really good. The display is awesome. The side stand is fibre, but ok. It comes with ample space to store stuff. This is really good compared to any bike currently in the market. When they delivered battery stats were 95%. So after a week, this is what I observe 1. I do see some dip in the battery stats, for now, I was able to drive 40 km with 45% battery discharged. Have another 45% battery left. I am guessing the mileage to be approx around 70-75 km only, Not as what they promised to be 100 km /charge. 2. Sports mode pick up is good, and whatever stats are displayed on the screen. You cannot completely abide by it, Don't wait for the complete battery charge to get over, They advised you to charge when it shows 30%. 3. They said the app is not yet ready and will take 5-6 weeks to push the update to the bike. So awaiting the same, Not sure where the charging stations are, As of now, you have to manage to charge at home. 4. Ola S1 has two modes, normal and sport. Didn't go for Ola S1 Pro as I thought of it as too much investment. So it's your choice at the end battery warranty is 3 yrs and the bike is 7 years. Haven't received the insurance copy yet so will update this review after I charge the bike completely and see how much exact mileage it gives under normal and sport mode experience has been good but the waiting period is more once you book.

Warranty support

Worst.Never ever buy.Worst performance, No warranty support.Problems from day one, Lot of software bugs.

Resident engineers

Ola.Oh ola.1.Company has not revealed the warranty period of the bike or the battery.2.Company has not revealed when will hyper charge stations come up and where.2a.Company has not revealed the cost of hyper charging.3.Ola plans to start delivery from oct 2021 directly to user without a dealer, But has no network of resident engineers in 1000 cities they have taken booking from.4.The ola scooter is priced at approx ₹145, 000.00.And only after fame to subsidy it is at 99, 000.00.As per rules an individual can claim fame2 subsidy only once.As such all those who have used their subsidy option once with ather, Tvs, Hero etc will not be illegible for subsidy again.5.Fame2 subsidy is a death knell for dealers as higher the sale, Higher capital tieup in subsidy claims.Same will be the case with ola, They will have huge dues from govt.6.Cost of battery replacement will be ₹50, 000 for ola s1 and ₹60, 000 for ola s1pro.7.Fixed battery.Problem for residents of high rise building dwellers.8.Keyless start and reverse are features which almost all escooter have now.9.Home charger is just 5 amp.For almost 4kwhr battery it will take 12 hours to charge.10.Without subsidy, The price will sky rocket.Fame2 subsidy is not permanent.#ola #olaelectric.
