Ola S1 Pro Sell User Reviews

I have been using the Ola S1 Pro for the last 6 months. Unfortunately, in this period, my vehicle broke down three times due to system issues, and three times I faced other problems that rendered my vehicle inoperable. Despite having ridden only 4,000 kilometers, I have had a disappointing experience with the service. The service support has been very poor, and they take months to resolve even minor issues. I feel frustrated with the service and regret investing my hard-earned money in this vehicle. I advise others not to buy this vehicle due to the issues I have faced.

The ola is fraud company.They are interested to sell worst ev scooter and make money.The service centre and call centre are just fraud and farzi.And they do not handle any customer complaints.They just close from back end without addressing.I did not get any door step service ( which they committed on buying ola care plus plan) highly disappointed with customer service.Never buy ola scooter.Go for tvs icube or ather or bajaj chetak.

Ola scooters are good but the service are pathetic or no service.I regret to purchase this scooter.They have only one agenda to sell and earn money.If you open a support ticket they will simply reply back we are looking into it and will close it.I would suggest to maintain distance from ola.
