Performance of the ola s1x is impressive.The scooter can reach a top speed of 85 kilometers per.The riding experience on the ola s1x is smooth and comfortable.The plus point of the scooter is: the pickup, Acceleration is good.Top speed is unmatchable.The strong braking as it has disc brakes on both wheels.Fast charging.Very stable as battery is placed below.So, Easy to ride with zero vibration.More easy to ride than petrol scooter.The high quality cells used in sccoter and high quality motor.Navigation music and many security features which ola is offering in its scooter.Big boot space.You don't need to carry bags to market.Now coming to the cons.Build could have been improved.Currently build is moderate but could have been stronger.As scooter is a high speed scooter, It should have abs braking.Suspension especially front gives average performance.The twin arm suspension should have been better in front.So, My suggestion is don't do much off roading with ola scooter.Ola should have provided key.Bms bugs: vehicle shows wrong battery percentage and it has a buggy bms so you cannot trust that what range scooter shows if you will actually get that.Overheating issue: if you have to climb a steep incline, Then battery will get overheated if incline is very high and switch to eco mode.Also, If you use hypermode for some time battery will get heated, And switch to eco mode.There is no proper thermal management in the scooter.Also, Once battery gets heated, Rider has to stop vehicle and allow it to cool.It doesn't cool while riding.Panels could have been shorter, Currently large panels are used and incase if there is a dent or c***k a large panel section would require replacement.Ola didn't provide center stand and other accessories.But this should have been provided.Currently the single stand doesn't give much confidence.And there has been few cases wherein, Person parked his vehicle in single stand and it fell.So customers have to ensure their stand is properly positioned.Customer service is very pathetic and troublesome.Ola should have service center in all districts.Currently, In case there is issue ola gets the vehicle towed to service center.No nearby service center.And they have habit of ignoring calls and mails incase they don't have an answer or they don't want to acknowledge.The customer service is very slow and troublesome process.There has also been a few cases reported wherein the vehicle went in reverse at high speed when the vehicle was set to front.This is the most risky issue.There has also been many software bugs.One big issue, Which ola must fix is transparency.Ola most times don't give correct timelines.They use the word “soon".E.G.If you ask when will they do permanent registration of vehicle they will answer “it will be done soon".I purchased scooter 2.5 months ago, Still my permanent registration is not done.They always replied that they are working on it whenever i asked them about permanent registration.Upon raising this concern multiple times for a month, They responded that they will get with a solution in 24 hours and it has been 3–4 days, Again they didn't called back.Customer service will make you frustrated.Higher the features more are the issues.Customer service is one of the worst that i have experienced.They will not respond your mail tweet and call incase they don't know how to resolve your issue.This is the reason a man finally burnt his ola scooter.You can watch his video on pradeep on wheels channel.Fame 2 subsidy scam: those who ordered s1, Got locked s1 pro and this company claimed extra subsidy of 15k in customer's name without providing customer any benefit.Every user faces some or the other issue.Most of the ola users are frustrated and not happy with the purchase.My advice and genuine opinion: don't buy it now.It's not a worth the money scooter as of now.You will simply waste your money by purchasing it.If you are paying a premium price, You deserve the best.And surely you don't deserve bugs, Issues and pathetic customer service which currently ola is sure to give you.Currently, It's a half baked risky product with pathetic customer service.

This is a good scooter to drive.However, It experiences frequent breakdowns.I experiences faulty buttons within 03 days.Getting through to customer care is a nightmare.Booking for all service centres are full and there is significant waiting time.What's the point of owning a scooter which takes 10-15 days to repair (being optimistic) even for emergency breakdowns.Quite frustrated and disappointed.I am able to manage the long breakdown time as i already have two other cars at my disposal.

It is the worst bike.I purchased on feb 11th and by feb 15th the bike auto locked twice.The call centre is useless after 10 calls they said they will pick up the bike but will charge for road side assistance.So i took the annual amount due road side assistance and now they say they will still charge me because it will take 7 days to activate.There are too many bugs in the system.Pls don’t buy this bike.

Drove around 600km, As of now it is ok, But facing software issues like unable to change default password, No use of regen, Also don't depend on the kilometres left to drive, As it is showing (around 10 km less) when we actually drive the vehicle, We are getting 110 in eco, 90 in normal, 75-80 in sport when fully charged, Finally the technicians at ola care are of no use and sceptical always.

I am having ola s1 since one year.The ride is very smooth.I did not have any problems.After one year parking sensor got damaged and ola replaced it with another one and charged ₹500.Better to have their care plus insurance plan.Their parts are costly.
