I have purchased Ola S1 pro.,

I have purchased ola s1 pro.I will never recommend this vehicle to purchase.Once the vehicle is sold by company the service part is very bad.I am suffering.

Worst service

Worst service.Never can recommend to anyone.When i took my ols s1 to showroom as some noise was coming from the mechanical side, They returned us stating that they don't have the ellenkey for it and they asked to book in the app.Its been 1 week since i had booked the complaint in the app and there is no response.

INDRIYA's S1 Pro gives mileage of 78 kmpl

It's not ola it's cheating to customer after sale no service is on like china product chalgai to challgai nahi to total fake it if you think wrong please visit near service centre and watch it

Exactly the same response. Last time when my sidestand lever somehow got damaged, the vehicle couldnt be used as the indication was always shown as sidestand not taken. We had booked through ap and there was no response. When my staff took the vehicle to the repair workshop of OLA they were reluctant to take the bike for repair. Only after followingup so many times they attended it and within 5 minutes they could repair it while we couldnt use the vehicle for almost 27 days

Once I tried this vehicle , I feel decent while riding this. It's mileage range is 181 km, but real-world usage might be around 100-125 km depending on riding style. It has a top zippy speed of120 kmph for a thrilling ride. Some owners report issues with customer service and after-sales support from Ola. Come to price range ,it is not the cheapest electric scooter on the market. This falls under the premium electric scooter segment. Also it has a powerful motor with good torque for a quick and responsive ride.

Hello, Thanks you for your extremely poor and pathetic service.Just for your attention and one last reminder, The following isuues are pending since months/year now * handle bar alignment is not proper.It is too risky to ride and handle feels heavy and uncomfortable.(pending since 2 months).(i believe the company is waiting for an accident to happen and then they will pay a visit)* accessories received after 13 months and in pathetic state.The box was damaged and parts missing.(pending since a year).No one came to install it even after several requests.Please collect your damaged accessories and refund my money.* request for change of fork arm is not being fulfilled by company.The app always shows "slots are full, Please try later" (since 7 months)*pathetic customer service.Despite having an "ola care plan" for home service advantage, The representative asks me to visit the service center for complaints (the service center is 80 kms from my place).Please refund my 'ola care plus' money.* sometimes music does not work.* i drive in sports mode only.My scooter is 6000 kms old, And just after a ride of 40-45 kms, The charge comes down to 20% from 100% (on screen, It shows 117 kms in sports mode).This complaints is registered numerous times but no solution.Infact the customer support representative asks me to ride in "normal mode" as a solution.*beacuse of your i am forced to ride a risky vehicle and if any unprecedented incident happens, Ola service would be solely responsible.I am completely fed up with your false promises and pathetic service (infact their is no service at all).I am forced to go legal now.Sunny.

On the very first day of delivery of my ola s1 x+ i had a very disappointing experience with ola electric and i feel compelled to share my negative review.Firstly, The customer service was absolutely atrocious.I had multiple issues with my ola electric vehicle the main issue after riding it back home for 25km approx it didn’t start and stopped moving, Rest all electricals were fine but it was not moving in any mode and when i tried to contact customer support, I was met with long wait times and unhelpful representatives.It was incredibly frustrating to not be able to get a timely resolution to my problems on a very first day of delivery.Furthermore, The pricing of ola electric vehicles is exorbitant.I was under the impression that i would be getting a high-quality, Reliable electric vehicle for a reasonable price.However, I found that the cost of ola electric vehicles is significantly higher than other comparable options on the market.Considering the numerous issues i experienced on a very first day, I definitely did not get my money’s worth.Overall, My experience with ola electric is extremely disappointing on a very first day of delivery.The lack of customer support, Poor quality of the vehicle, And high pricing make it impossible for me to recommend this brand to anyone.I would strongly advise against purchasing an ola electric vehicle and exploring other options that offer better value and reliability.

I took Ola Care Plus. Due to break issues, I called many times for home service. They didn't do service. Now they are telling Ola care plus expired. They are cheating the public. Use less fellows.

Amazing Experience

It gives a splendid feel than any other electric scooter, so smooth and quite like butter. This much power and range for the amount we pay for the vehicle is just awesome. It has the most unique design ever so minimalistic and futuristic. The specs are all great, It has a range of more than 140 in a single charge which takes 6 hours from 0 to 100 %. It is equipped with the biggest boot space that a scooter can get. The vehicle is not yet equipped with a hill brake assist. The air version comes with the flat platform now which is good. I have been using the Ola S1 for more than a year and other than the customer service of the Ola service center, everything is just good.

Shock absorber

Positive - shock absorber and pickup negative - 1.Extremely poor service2.Irresponsible customer service staff3.No response to email.4.Everytime custome care staff says that their technical team will call me back - which never happened 5.Exorbitant price.3.Poor performance - 70km when two person riding, 80 km when one person riding.4.Looting money - additional warranty rs6000/ door step service rs3000 per annum.5.No provision to escalate any repeated issues on our complaints ( gps issue of my scooter was attended 5 times and finally sucessful) wasting customer time.6.My gps issue was rectified only after writing that i will approach consumer court with all my ticket numbers (6 nos) for the same issue.Poor service network.

Sales service

Worst after sales service: its 20 days past my scooter is at ola service center, Peramangalam, Thrissur, Kerala and with no sign of getting back in future.They don't attend calls or update you the progress of repair.And around 500 scooters waiting for getting serviced or repair, Worst service support, If you call the ola helpline number, The will keep on hold for 15 mins for sure and once the call gets connected they will start singing the song, We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused, That's it.No solution advised.You suffer, We could say sorry only.I advice to the buyers that, Think twice before you buy ola scooter.
