It's not ola it's cheating

It's not ola it's cheating to customer after sale no service is on like china product chalgai to challgai nahi to total fake it if you think wrong please visit near service centre and watch it

Exactly the same response. Last time when my sidestand lever somehow got damaged, the vehicle couldnt be used as the indication was always shown as sidestand not taken. We had booked through ap and there was no response. When my staff took the vehicle to the repair workshop of OLA they were reluctant to take the bike for repair. Only after followingup so many times they attended it and within 5 minutes they could repair it while we couldnt use the vehicle for almost 27 days

Though it is a good bike

Though it is a good bike on road.It breaks down frequently.You cannot directly visit the service centre.You have to book your visit for repair.All slots for repair are full and it is next to impossible for getting a slot.It's been 04 days since i experienced a complete breakdown.And i am still waiting for the customer support to talk to me or a technician to show up.This experience is frustrating.I fortunately have 02 other cars to manage my daily chores.

Bitter experience with ola service within 2 months of purchase of ola electric bike, I faced starting problem in bike.After filing a complaint, It was laid for more than 20 days in feb-2024.Then, With my own effort, I had sent to vapi service centre, There the bike was kept more than 20 days.Repeated complaints with salesman, Service centre and higher, I could get solved.Overall, For 2 months, I faced a lot and bitter experience from ola bike service at vapi.

It's been almost a year that we are driving ola s1 pro, With in this year we faced lot of trouble with s1 pro, Cons: 1) not a great mileage hardly 100 kms per charge 2) not that great comfortable scooter3) ola bikes are only for cities not for villages4) service centres we are facing some issue with the ola bike its not getting started we requested for service almost 2 months back still no response from the ola this the worse caseif you a bike for 1.6 lacks and you can\'t able use it then why should we buy it.I request you please don\'t waste your money choose wisely never trust blindly.

Fork wiring

My fork wiring got broken while driving ola s1 pro, And had met with an accident in the middle of the road.And now its been three weeks and in the app it is still showning all appointments are booked in service centre, God knows where i have to go and repair my scooty, Its been 6 months i purchased it and if this accident would have happened me in the busy traffic, I would’nt be able to my review, So please don't buy ola, They arent made for indian roads.#breakdownola.

I took Ola Care Plus. Due to break issues, I called many times for home service. They didn't do service. Now they are telling Ola care plus expired. They are cheating the public. Use less fellows.

I have a ola s1 scooter and i would like to share my horrible experience with their service starting with the scooter the battery percentage keeps dropping for every 200-300 meters even while riding in normal mode and talking about their service i booked a service appointment at ola electric centre but the service centre itself is shut down 2 months ago and i wasn't notified.I took the scooter to another centre and they refused to take my scooter for servicing.
