    Bajaj calls the Dominar 400 a hyper-tourer, hence it isn’t as small and sharp as your average naked streetfighter. It sports a slightly raked-out look and the defining feature is its sharp LED headlight and the muscular fuel tank. The sporty-looking double-barrel exhaust accentuates the overall design. Living up to its tourer aura, this bike features a tall windscreen, knuckle guards, a bash plate, and a small backrest on the rear carrier. Saddle stay is an optional extra.

Q. I am planning to buy a bike but I am confused between Jawa 42 and Dominar 400(2019). I liked the Jawa because of its light weight, low seat height, easy manageability, mileage and peppy engine but hated the waiting period and all accessories to be paid. About Dominar I loved its power, led the headlights and modern technique like upside down fork, 3spark plug, DOHC etc, but I hated its poor mileage and heavy weight which makes it cumbersome in traffic as its not at all nibble. So kindly suggest me which I should go for. For reference my height is 5.5ft and age is 37years but still single, mostly ride solo, the place I live is hilly terrain.

    I have a dominar 400.I completed ladakh trip on it.And also sikkim tour without any issues.But there are some small issues in this bike thats heavy weight and bobling.But i love my bike 🥰.

  • Touring friendly bike but heavy

    It gives more Usable And Exciting Performance than Jawa Perak and is a touring friendly bike with good riding posture but is a heavy bike for the city traffic. The highway performance of this bike is the best and 373cc engine produce great amount of power and torque but is less powerful than Himalayan but the build quality could be better.
