Must Read Questions & Answers Before Buying Pulsar 125 Neon

Q. Which of the feature of Pulsar 125 Neon makes both city and highway riding relaxing and comfortable to the rider?
  • The Pulsar 125 is the only 125cc bike on sale to get clip-on handlebars. However, the bars are raised and the footpegs are centre-set, which means the riding position is upright and comfortable. The seat height of the Pulsar 125 is low at 790mm and it’s accessible for most riders, but, the seat cushion is on the stiffer side. The Pulsar 125 Neon shares its underpinnings with the bigger Pulsars, which means the frame and the suspension components are identical. The suspension hardware can soak up mild undulations with ease and even on slightly bumpy surfaces at city speeds, the motorcycle remains composed. In the city, the spot-on configuration of the seat, footpegs and the handlebar really works in the 125’s favour, making it easy for you to extract the agility that it sports. However, in tightly packed traffic, at really slow speeds, manoeuvring it can be a bit strenuous owing to its relatively high kerb weight which makes the steering a bit heavy. Speaking of tight situations, the Pulsar 125 has the same ride height as the other 125s, making it quite accessible for average Indians. This entry-level Pulsar continues to amaze us with its handling on the highway as well. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride before making the final decision. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership details.
Q. Is tis better dn hondasp125 Exact mileage of pulsar 125? Is there any issue wth engine after 1yr?
  • The SP 125 is among the best motorcycles launched by Honda in the recent past. It’s refined, fun to ride, frugal, and offers a good list of features. On the other hand, The Pulsar 125 Neon gives enthusiasts a taste of the Pulsar’s sporty DNA but in a less intimidating and more affordable package. However, its lower-than-its-class fuel efficiency may not appeal to the more conservative 125cc buyers -- from that aspect, the Glamour and CB Shine SP are still better bets. Moreover, the ARAI claimed mileage of Bajaj Pulsar 125 Neon is 51.46 kmpl. Also, you will not face any issue with the engine if you timely service your bike. We would suggest you take a test ride for a better understanding of performance and comfort. Click on the link and select your desired city for dealership details.
Q. Pulsar CBS Disc also have both drum brakes ?
  • The Bajaj Pulsar 125 Neon Disc CBS has a disc brake in front and a drum brake in the rear.

I brought PULSAR 125cc drum single seat black n silver variant onroad at 90k hyd. Exshowroom price was 73k. I exchanged my 2016 model bajaj Platina 100c at 25k.Pros:Nice design and looks,Comfortable seating position,Handle is also nice,Head light and tail light is awesome,Speedometer is digital having nice features like rpm and side stand indicator,BS6,Combi braking system,Tubeless tyre,Back tyre is wider and has good turning grip,Cons:Engine heat,Engine sound,Gear shifting is not upto the mark,Logo and other accessories quality is not that good,Speedometer should have gear indicator,Headlight by default is always on and no option to turn it off, i think this is due to BS6 requirements but still this is bad for battery life.

After running 3000+ kms I can say that it was a good call to buy pulsar 125 over other 125 bikes. In Kolkata my total cost price was 82k(on road) back in January 2020. A very good power on the highway as well as in the city. Average speed is 50kmph and above 70 not much shivers.. even at 80kmph with a pillion my bike was stable. another thing is wheel base.. rear wheel base is as same as pulsar 150 and it makes easier to curve and ride and get passed other vehicles during city ride.
