- Neon and classic are the same because neon comes in 3 colors now, neon silver (CLASSIC), neon red and neon lemon. Now, STD and neon have a difference in stickering, as neon doesn't come with stickers and STD comes with stickers. Pulsar 150 Dual disc is pulsar 180(dimension wise), with 150cc engine. It has fatter rear tires as well as rear discs. Also, the front disc is larger. But it misses out on kick starter.I have mentioned all the facts. - Neon is the base model of the pulsar 150 in terms of pricing. It has a simple look as that of the classic but no graphics available and as a result the price is much low.
