Around one lakh if you need a sporty commuter then tvs 160 and 1604v is a good option but 1604v is above 1 lac pulsar 150cc is quite good, Suzuki gixxer is brilliant as well but not as powerful as 1604v but if you just need a decent commuter then there are lot of commuters i would suggest Honda unicorn is better than most of

If can give around 1 lakh on road .and you want a good commuter then go for Apache 160 not 4v .
