  • Q. I own TVS Jupiter since Jan 2015 and I use it about 50km per week. I service it regularly and change oils in every service. Inspite of this, the engine seized few days after my recent service. Service person said that the oil pump failed, so it caused the engine to seize. I don't think oil pump will fail in short time with regular oil replacement. Dealer is asking me to bear the entire cost and the from the company side no one is responding. How should I proceed with this issue ?

    You are entitled to the free services within a certain amount of period, after that you would have to pay for the expenses. Moreover, we would suggest you have a word with the nearest authorized dealer of TVS in your city.

    Ask your service man or complaint about your problem to your service center. They may have not service your vehicle properly.

    Tvs jupiter is a good scooty in terms of comfort, Handling, Mileage.It has a good amount of storage which i think is the best part of jupiter.The after sales service of tvs is also very nice.The only drawback of jupiter i felt is its pickup.
