- I haven't ridden the Apache RTR 180, but, I own a 160 4V and I got to say this is perhaps the best option in this price range, considering the looks, performance, mileage and all. This machine has got an awesome stability and sticks to the road. You will never feel losing control of it even at 110+ kmph. Mileage is decent, considering the performance. Electricals could have been added but still it does well with what it's got. When it comes to braking, I have read in many reviews that its braking is not that crispy, but honestly I have never complained about the brakes. Well that's my opinion regarding the 4V. Hope it helps!
- Both have minor differences between them in performance... although 160 4v looks more aggressive in looks...180 has a slightly higher numbers but 1604v doesn't vibrates even on higher speeds unlike the 180
- At this time.. I suggest to go for 160 4v against all the 160 cc commuter or sports bike.. Because 160 4v is now has more power then it's previous model and also other brand ( like NS 160,gixxer 160,pulser 150,xtreme 160,hornet 160,Duke 125,).. And mileage around 45-50 kmpl.

- Agar aap mineral oil ( regular ) istemaal karte ho to maximium 5,000 km. aur agar full synthetic oil ( jaise ki Motul 15w/50 ) use karte ho to 10,000 km comfortably. Har baar oil change ke saath oil filter bhi change karna zaroori hai. Please remember.
- You can buy silicon oil from any brand thats best for tvs but recommend always make service from service center as its costly but they help you well as from outside some know BS6 technology some not
- You only use any synthetic oil. It is good for engine. If you like long drive if you have Marketing Job so you definitely use synthetic oil.If you use the bike general , normal use. So no need to synthetic oil
- According to my 160rtr it has 58 to 59 kmpl nd 180 rtr has 32 to 35 kmpl. Also depends on road conditions nd driving skills.
- RTR 160 gives 45 to 50 and RTR 180 is 40 to 45. Mileage is mostly depended on your driving style
- 160
- Contrary to what TVS claims i have found that 9 to 10 litres fills up the tank almost up to the cap ( including about 1.75 litres in reserve.) Its never a good idea to fill more. The correct way to measure your mileage is to let it come to reserve, note the km. reading, fill whatever quantity you want, and finally note the km reading exactly when the next reserve comes up. This will give you your correct mileage if you divide the kms by the litres you have filled.
- 12 litters tank and you must keep 2 litter fuel in your bike always if its less then 2 litters and you drive it will destroy you fuel kit and which not have any guraanty
- In general, 10-12 percent of the overall fuel capacity is the reserved capacity of the vehicle. The TVS Apache RTR 180 features a 12 liters fuel tank and the reserved fuel capacity would be around 1.2- 1.4 liters.

Powerful bike
The tvs apache rtr 180 is a fantastic bike that delivers great performance and agility. The bike's 180cc engine has a smooth and quick throttle response and offers plenty of power. With accurate and quick controls that make it simple to manoeuvre in traffic and on twisting roads, The bike's handling is also outstanding.Because of the brakes' strength and outstanding stopping ability, Motorcyclists may ride with confidence.I would highly recommend if anyone is looking for a powerful bike.
