I3s is hero's petented technology for the save duel in traffic . It work like when you stop in traffic more than 10 sec in neutral gear then the bike will automatically off, after when you engage cluge then automatically bike will start , you don't have to press stater button or kick .

I am doing it from so many years without asking questions...it's very simple thing..if you like to ride bikes then 400km is not a big deal...I covered almost 2 lakhs kms from 1998 to till the date...it's easy....for 100 cc ride avg 40 kmph including breaks...for it you have to maintain 50'-70 kmph .it's boring thing so switched to bigger capacity....anyway ride with helmet will give more comfort

If I ride for two hours i.e 100 km then takes 30 minutes break ( do off the bike engine) then after 30 minutes again rides for 2 hours (100) then takes 30 minutes rest. This is how I complete my 400 km. Can I use my splendor plus with 97 cc engine.

Not continues but need to give rest of your bike engine. Possible to travel but you fill very tired. It not for long ride this bike only for day to day short distance travel and after 100 km you need to take rest.

Q. I have Splendor Plus BS6 model, purchased 3 months back during lockdown. My bike's engine suddenly stops while runninng; not in a particular situation, it stops when I fully hold the clutch or when shifting gear or when I am in 1st/2nd gear. What may be the problem ? As because this is a FI engine, there is no question arises to tune the bike. Please give me advice.

I am facing the same issue. at first i used to think that this may be happening because my bike is cold and i am riding it for the first time in the morning. But this happened when i was out in the traffic and the bike was properly warm. I was in third gear and as i squeezed the clutch lever in and shifted to second and gradually released the clutch in not a swift manner but normal way, the bike stalled and skidded, but as the handle was straight so nothing happened, and i was safe. This is very irritating and not at all safe in the traffic . Very disappointed with this tech or whatever it is. Old splendors never had this issue. What's the point of using these much sensors. My bike has just clocked 228 KMS and these issues are making me regret my purchase. (-_-)

My family always prefer the Splendor over the other bikes in the past. But I recently buy Splendor plus for my self in Dec 2020. I'm really regretting it right away. I bought the model without i3s feature but its engine still stops even when you change gear while riding. its really bad for the driver. First I thought something wrong with my bike but I also speak with other Owner at service center they all are facing the same issue and Service center guy simply says we don't have any solution for this issue. From now on I'm sure about that this was the last Hero bike which I bought.

I am also facing the same issue, I purchased Splendor Plus BS VI during Feb2021. Engine gets automatically stopped even when am on the move. This is extremely unsafe as when the bike stops unexpectedly, it skids and this has happened once and luckily I was wearing helmet when I fell down and no pillion was there. I was a splendor owner of 2009 model for 10 years and am experienced with the old splendor and I have never faced this issue with that model. I had complained to the authorized dealer from whom I purchased the bike multiple times and they had tried to fix the same but in vain. I think the only option left is for the manufacturer to do something about this and recall and fix the glitches. This new model is such a disappointment especially when it comes to safety. I can see that many other buyers have also faced this issue when I go through the comments, would request Zigwheels to convey the issue to Hero Motor corp. and help us get a resolution as quickly as possible as it concerns the safety of riders who had trusted Hero Motor corp.

Q. Can I run Splendor Plus continue 500 km on highway?

I personally did that crazy thing 438 KM . If we give rest after every 60-70 Km for 20 min the bike won't mind it . but we will see a hell , heavy body pains ,specially thighs .If you are above average 5'10 please don't do it . if you are looking for city rides home to office best bike . this is my 16th month . single hand. up and down 40KM daily . i am getting 60 average . I only ride between 30-50 KMPH . its nimble and simple .
