- By riding it at economy mode and at a good speed with time to time service.....
- In order to improve the mileage, we would suggest you ride slower. Riding fast can reduce your fuel efficiency by up to 33% if you are travelling above 60 kmph. It is best to change gears appropriately and match the gear and the RPM carefully.

- Honda Shine comes with better fuel efficiency and a refined engine. The BS6 Shine gets an ACG starter motor, which offers extremely silent, almost noiseless starts and a start/stop switch. Powering the Honda is a 125cc fuel-injected motor that makes 10.7PS of power and 11Nm of torque mated to a new 5-speed transmission. However, The Pulsar 125 does make a lot of sense for a novice rider looking for a motorcycle with a bit of oomph without having to forego one’s entire life savings. It is the most affordable Pulsar on sale right now. And TVS has gone the smarter route, keeping a thrilling ride experience as the USP, instead of a purely commuter-centric approach. Nevertheless, the TVS Raider seems like a solid product and a worthy (and stylish) alternative to the umpteenth Honda Shine. Moreover, we would suggest you take a test ride before making the final decision. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership details.
- Both bikes are good in their own forte. TVS Sport would be a better option if you are looking for a basic but fuel-efficient bike. The TVS Sport comes loaded with oodles of features and now has been tuned for more mileage, the company claiming 95kmpl from the new Sport. On the other hand, the Honda Shine makes for an excellent proposition after the BS6 update. It offers a ton of features, a frugal engine with a 5-speed transmission and ACG starter motor which makes life much simpler. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride before making the final decision. Follow the link and select your city accordingly for dealership details.
- I think it's black or grey I have mostly observed....
- Honda Shine is available in 7 different colours - Black, Genny Grey Metallic, Rebel Red Metallic, Matte Sangria Red Metallic, Matte Steel Black Metallic, Decent Blue Metallic, Matte Axis Grey. Moreover, every colour has its own uniqueness and choosing a colour totally depends on individual choice. So, we would request you to discuss it with your family so that you can finalize the colour to be purchased.

4.6Great bike
it's a great bike if you are looking for daily commuting. bike will give you great mileage 50-55 easily without any issue.if you are someone who is looking for fun to ride bike then don't go for it if you rev it hard you are gonna lose mileage more than 60 kmph the engine get heated so much and you can feel the vibrations also on the foot peg their should be more refinement in the engine and all 1-2-3 gears are short but 4 gear is long you are gonna definitely miss the 5th gear as well their should be a proper gearing ratio unpleasing experience after 60 kmph for brand like honda it's not worthy.seat comfortable is great...i have hero honda passion plus also it si 14 yrs old bike but after 55 kmph i feel like the engine way more better than honda shine...the bikes are today getting more styles but in build quality and durability of bikes are getting low day by day they are selling their products on the name of brand only.

Bright on Every Ride with Honda's Commuter Gem.
The Honda Shine has been my dependable touring mate on numerous an passage. At ₹ 78,899, this 125cc motorcycle offers the ideal balance of comfort and Expression. The commodious seating configuration and enough of head and legroom give for a comfortable and pressure- free lift. It's relatively priced, has a 60 km/ l ultimate celerity, and is dynamism-effective. My lifts are more profitable due to their veritably ultrapractical and useful Design, which also makes them an excellent option for a range of road conditions. It's an excellent race bike because to its well- considered cerebral Design, which prioritizes affordability and functionality. The Honda Shine is further than exclusively a motorcycle; it's a secure and competent trip accompaniment that consummately balances cost and avail to make every trip simple and enjoyable.

Its been 2 years after I
Its been 2 years after i bought honda cb shine bs6 model. It is clearly winner in commuter bike segment for city.Good mileage with performance.Comfortable seat and overall ride quality. If you are someone who don't like riding at higher speed you can drive it even on highways.I have made some short trips.Mileage i get is around 50-60 kmpl.Bike has really good pickup.Overall build quality and looks are not the best but are decent.Honda is trusted brand for year for engine no doubt about it.Being a 125cc bike only vibrations are prone to get at speeds higher than 60kmph.After sales service is good.I would suggest don't buy extended warranty. It isn't really required for honda bikes.Mileage, Weight with stylish look and price are usp of this bike.Only drawbacks are led headlamps, Old analog console.
