Q. Which is better HF DELUXE/I3S /ECO
  • A legacy of almost three decades, the CD-series from Hero MotoCorp is the final word for many when it comes to owning a 100cc entry-level motorcycle. We would suggest you to opt for i3s. i3s stands for "Idle Stop-Start System" and Hero MotoCorp developed this technology to improve the mileage of its bikes under the Indian Riding Conditions. This system automatically switches off the engine after waiting for about 5 seconds when it sense no response. It, then, switches the engine on when you simply press the clutch. For e.g. at a traffic signal. The system then restarts the engine automatically as soon as you press the clutch. So when the rider wants to go, the engine starts by simply pressing the clutch again. That's it. You don't have to follow the routine procedure to re-start it. This prevents running of the engine from idling when not needed. Thus, it improves mileage.
