Q. Which one is good among all of its variants - Disc, Drum and Alloy - Activa 125?
  • Disc and alloys are not necessary, alloys are just for looks, disc provides better braking but drums too are very good for braking, but if you drive rough, discs are made for you
  • The Disc brakes always have a better braking power than the Drum brakes. So it is safer and preferable with Alloy Wheels.Hope this helps! Happy riding!
  • Alloy is a type of wheel base on which tyre is mounted. So considered as betyer as compared to spoke or sheet metal frame.Disc brake is more efficient

Q. I am 6 feet tall and I commute 100 km everyday, which scooter should I buy for comfort driving among Access 125, Activa 125, Vespa and Ntorq 125
  • Scooter are basically for short distance or within our area premisesAnd if you travel so long then it's not worth buying scooty or bike. Instead of this take a second hand good car with cng and travel with comfort.Scooter is basically for area people take these for long rides but for daily commute it's very difficult.100 Kms = 1.45 to 2 hours of journey so please take decision wisely.
  • If you commute 100 kms everyday, you should consider buying a bike with good suspension rather than choosing a scooter. Riding 100 kms in activa 125 will gradually give you back pain as it is designed mainly for city rides with good roads..front suspension of activa 125 is telescopic.and its engine performance is also good ..but not for everyday long journeys.
  • For 100 km Daily i will suggest go for Hero Passion Plus or TVS Victor . Since these 2 bikes are comfortable driving all day long without putting hole in your pocket . Don't even bother to consider scooter for 100 km a day . Its will give you pain in your lower back and right hand side shoulder & will drill a hole in your pocket .

Q. Which scooter is best for long rides?
  • For long rides Honda Activa or Suzuki Access 125 or TVS Jupiter is suitable. They are more or less similar to each other in ride, handling, balance, stability and freedom from vibrations. But the speeds have to be in the range of about 60-75kmph.Basically it is your personal choice.
  • I have Riding the activa 125 for a long time , i don't use it for touring because I use my enfields for it but u don't thing the activa will be good for a long ride , but there won't be any problems on the comfort side of scooter but for touring i will suggest you to go for the aprila rs series , or wait for the launch of yamaha Nmax it will be within the end of this year .....
  • Activa 125 best part is the pillion seat foot rest fitted is very good ,it does not pain the rear person hip joint, worst is Jupiter. In this issue the seat must be little softer, for long ride ,i am driving from Mumbai to malshej ghat and it runs without vibration, so my vote is for Activa 125

    a step ahead always

The Hero Pleasure Plus is a fuel-efficient and feature-packed 110cc scooter targeted towards riders, especially young riders. It does not provides me much power in highways . This offers enough pep for navigating city traffic . I. experienced that it provides me a mileage around 50 kmpl . However, the Pleasure Plus is known for its fuel efficiency, making it an economical choice for everyday commutes. I prioritizes a comfortable riding experience with an upright handlebar, a well-cushioned seat which it provides .

    Good performance

The ride of this scooter is good but the brakes are not good. The mileage getting is around 45 to 50 kmpl and at this price point there is no scooter in this package. When i started riding it in the city and actually it is a pretty nice scooter with ease to drive and the performance is superb but the high speed stability is not good. The engine response is very good and the brakes are okay and is a very reliable scooter but the suspension is not absorbent.

  • Pleasure Plus
Stylish and Comfortable Scooter for Everyday Use

" The Hero Pleasure Plus succeeds in sportsmanship as a modern and optimized scooter good for routine commuting. A family respected the car for its zesty engine, pleasant ride quality, and “easy to drive” features which could be useful for city traveling. There are three main things that attract customers to this product and those are a) attractive design, b) ample storage space, and c) low maintenance costs. Nevertheless, other users thus explain better stoppage ability and give suggestions for better ride quality by rising the suspension of shock absorbers."

The ease-of-use and comfort of the Pleasure Plus, with its plush seating and durable structure, provides a safe and reliable bike for everyone, regardless of age and gender. But most of its features may be missing those in the higher end scooters, e.g. smartphone connectivity, dot lights, it is the gem of the daily commuting and short trips because of its economic side and dependability. Actually, the Pleasure Plus was showed to be a suitable and interesting accessory for everyday adventures within the big city.
