After some 15k km you have to change the tyres, chain sprocket, brake flush, radiator flush, then some brocken seals of front shocks. All these together if it comes in a service which will cost you around 10k without tyres. Tyres will be another 10k for metzellers. So yearly minimum you can expect of 20k. It need to be serviced every 7500km and if ride less then ofcourse the service cost will come down.

Average 4 monthly routine service costs 3.5k including engine oil and other replaceables like spark plug air filter, oil filter. Tyres must be maintained in good condition and must be replaced after every 10k but can be extended with some risk upto 12k kms or every 3 years but can be extended upto 4 years with a minor risk, among both whichever occurs earlier. Now some cheap options also available from Ceat and Mrf under 10k for both tyres and with more kms life. Battery will cost 4k every 3 years, Front fork oil seal replacement 1.2k,Chain sprocket 4kFront fork pipe 6k.Sometimes coolant pump seal gives away 2k.But it's all worth the amazing experience you gain with this rocket.

This is a subjective question. Its completely going to depend on how you ride and where you ride. Now if you are usually using bad or broken roads your tyres will wear out. Stock metz m5 will cost you 15k. These tyres have a life of about 8k kms only. Other than that your front rims if you break will cost you about 6k rear rims around 5k. Basic service will cost you about 2k. Clutch cable around 187 rupees. If you ride about very nicely you might just incur the service cost that's all..but if you are riding nicely then why buy a d390. GO for a bike you want to ride under 60, avoid potholes, not jump on speed breakers..something like a bullet..no offense bro...
