I too observed this. It is mainly because of silencer and catalyst converter were not covered with a frame, and is closer to legs, especially right.a mechanic may help in this regard. Another thing is honda is using low visc engine oil like 5w 10w30, i tried 20w40 syn without issues, there is considerable perf diff at high speeds and heating is less.

I brought new honda sp 125 on 04.10.2021 while traveling for 1km the engine and silencer is getting heated I went to showroom but they told that it will be rectified automatically I brought it in guntakal honda showroom please do needful help

Please check the engine oil level with the help of dip stick provided in the block and top up if required. The engine casing in bs6 is of very thin quality and heats up quickly but nothing to worry about.

I never faced heating issues. I had ride my bike continuously for 200 km in one down with two to three break for 10 or 15 mnts.

Its not actually overheat. Its normal heat produced as the bike has a very short stroke engine. Nothing to get worried.
