Q. When ABS system available for 160 4V
  • The Indian Government has enforced the ABS mandate rule for all bikes (newly launched & existing) with engine capacity greater than 125cc from April next year. In April this year, the Government made ABS compulsory for all bikes (125cc and above) that are going to be launched henceforth. So, it might be possible that TVS Apache RTR 160 4V will get ABS but as on now there is no official update regarding its ABS version form the brand. : By Zigwheels | 10 months ago

Q. Is it comfortable in city traffic - Apache 160 4V?
  • Yes, it is comfortable for city rides. Apache is known for its quick handling dynamics and rev-happy engine, the TVS Apache is one fun-to-ride motorcycle in its class. If a bike has to survive in the cut-throat 160cc two-wheeler segment, it needs to be competitively priced and pack enough performance to keep riders happy. Q. Is it good to buy - Apache 160 4V?
  • If a bike has to survive in the cut-throat 160cc two-wheeler segment, it needs to be competitively priced and pack enough performance to keep riders happy. Thankfully, the Apache RTR 160 4V delivers well on both fronts with class leading features and a price tag that starts at Rs 81,490 (ex-showroom for carb, single-disc variant). However, it doesn’t feel as confident under hard braking as the Bajaj Pulsar NS 160 or the Honda Hornet. That said, the Apache RTR 160 4V is not only the most refined RTR we have ridden till date but also one of the most refined 160cc motorcycles to be ever produced in India. : By Zigwheels | 1 year ago

Q. I have heard about Apache RTR 160 4v, that the gear shift is hard and noisy sound is produced during application of breaks. According to the reviews that I have seen on zigwheels, bikewale and bikedekho apps, some say that mileage is dropping from 30-35 kmpl. Please tell me the exact mileage of the bike.
  • The gear shift is not too hard is like a normal bike . The mileage depends upon the way you drive your bike . But during any kind of driving rtr manages to provide you 50-60 kmpl not less than that . The problem you mentioned is a rare case any for this you can lodge a complain to the company. : By Sunil | 10 months ago
