Q. Planning to buy Classic but confused between 350 and 500 I use it daily and even for long trips in future so, help me out and suggest me if I could go for Himalayan?
  • First of all congrats bro. GOOD DECISION ! If you are buying classic only for daily use then 350 is best, and if you want to do long rides then there is no problem with 350 but you will miss power in 350as compare to 500, once you will accelerate 500 you will feel power of this bike.As it is said classic 500 is bull and will feel this in test ride of both.In between my English is not good.I am riding classic 500 and didn't face any problem in long ride and daily commuting.I have completed 50000 Km in two years, and it still roar as bull.Get service Done on time.Every spare of bike has lifeline get them changed before timeor at least on time if you want to do long ride and don't want to face breakdown between your ride. And last but not least its depends on your budget 1.6 lakh for 350 classic and 2 lakh for classic 500.that extra 40 thousand are worth spending and you won't regret.best wishes for your bikeRIDE HARD RIDE SAFE
  • Well classic 500 is the best Cz it's got proper torque to overcome any type of ride. As in classic 350 only noise comes no performance.
  • Go for 500 without a hitch strong, comfirtable, rough and owned by lesser as 350 is ommon. Can go for Himalayan if fond of Off-Roading.

Q. Is Royal Enfield Himalayan too heavy for off roading? Can it be compared with XPulse?
  • No idea about comparison, but the Himalayan so far is the perfect for off roading. it's probably made with off roading in mind. thought it slips n skids on plain roads on sudden braking, but never on the rouugh terrain.
  • Yes Himalayan is heavier than Xpulse by 40-45 kgs. But off road skills of Himalayan are amazing.
  • It is heavy but not too heavy. Its a well balanced bike.

Q. Himalayan or Classic 350, which has the best pillion comfortable seat?
  • Both bikes have really good rider and pilloin comfort . HIMALAYAN's seat is a bit higher then classic 350 seat . Pillion can feel a little trouble while taking his position but during Ride the soft seat material helps a lot for both rider and pilloin . Classic 350 seat is quite wider than Himalayan also a little more comfortable . So in my opinion , both bikes have rea good comfort level but if I have to choose between classic and Himalayan than I'll go with classic 350 . Just a little bit of difference, not too much .
  • No doubt the Himalayan. The pillion sits higher and the pegs are not rear set. The gel seat helps too.
  • Himalayan is more than comfort between the 350

I have been using this bike

I have been using this bike from 4 years, Initially it was felt smooth riding and now the ride has become rough.I feel a lot of scope to refine the royal enfield engines.Sometimes the power is not sufficient to enjoy the ride in little exciting mode, Believe royal enffiled should work on improving power.
