Recently Asked User Questions

Q. CB 200X or Hornet 2.0?
  • Selecting between the Honda CB200X and the Hornet 2.0 would depend on your budget, preference of the segment and usage of the bike. The Honda CB200X looks properly buff, compared to the Hornet 2.0, thanks to its ADV-like fairing with a fairing-mounted LED headlamp, tinted windshield, and knuckle guards with integrated LED indicators. Apart from the bodywork, ergonomics, and tyres, the rest of the motorcycle is pretty much the same as the Hornet 2.0. This includes the powertrain, suspension, brakes, and alloy wheels. All in all, asking for a Rs 13,000-odd premium over the Hornet 2.0 feels a little too much considering you don’t get a lot for the extra money. You’re better off buying the Hornet, or if you’re looking for a proper motorcycle to tackle the terrain, the Hero XPulse 200 is a much better, capable, feature-packed option, that too at a considerably lower price point. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride before making the final decision. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership details. Read More: - ZigOpinion: Dear Honda, Y you Do This?
Q. Is CB200X better than X Pulse 200?
  • The Honda CB200X certainly doesn’t have a lot to offer over the Hero XPulse 200. The latter not just comes with equipment suited for any terrain, but also boasts of features like a Bluetooth-enabled console with turn-by-turn navigation. The Honda CB200X is better suited if you intend to stick to the city limits and the occasional weekend jaunts. But if you are looking for something more, why not save the extra moolah and get the XPulse 200. The Hero XPulse 200 makes a tad more power and torque than the Honda CB200X. Though the Xpulse packs more performance than Honda’s ADV, it also has 10kg more to lug around than the CB. So, picking out a clear winner is a tough task. Honda CB200X and the Hero XPulse use a similar chassis and even have the same braking setup. However, it is the choice of suspension and tyres. While the Honda rides on the same USD fork and mono-shock as on the Hornet 2.0, Hero has equipped the XPulse with long-travel suspension at both ends. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride before making the final decision. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership..Read more: Should You Pick Up Honda’s Most Affordable ADV?.
  • No, this two bikes are totally different, if you need tention free bike than go for Honda, or you need to proper offroader than go for hero.. Please visit IRONY WHEELS, for details
  • And if you need all this in one.. the go for Ronin
Q. What is the differenece between the variants?
  • Major difference is body work second it's engine is more tuned infact hornet 2.0 and cb200x engine feels different because of tunning again we get hand guard with with led indicators inside it . Sitting posture is totally different and it's way more comfortable and seat is wide and stitching is different bike produces linear power and hornet sudden power cause they both are maded for different categories 1 for city and 1 for city + touring

Honda CB200X: Adventure on the Horizon

Just a few months ago, I treated myself to the Honda CB200X, seeking a little adventure on the road. This bike has been a mostly thrilling companion on various terrains. Powered by a 184 cc engine, it dishes out 17 PS of power which is sufficient for light trails and highway speeds alike. The upright seating position and the overall ergonomics make it a comfortable ride, even on longer journeys.Fuel efficiency stands at around 40 kmpl which is reasonably good for this segment.

    high performance, best features

My uncles owned Honda CB200X and i got the opportunity to ride it . It is is an entry-level adventure touring motorcycle positioned for both city riding and light off-road adventures. This offers enough power for navigating city traffic and some highway riding . Talking about the features offers a comfortable riding posture with an upright handlebar, a well-cushioned seat which provides a comfortable riding experience to my family . It is not made for off road rides .

    Awsome bike

Its been 1 year and i am happy with this bike and the look of this bike is good and different and it comes with the modern features. The intial and mid range is good and the power delivery is good enough with good refinement but the top end power is very linear. The clutch is really very light and the five speed gearbox is smooth and the seating position of this bike is really comfortable and the seat is very decent but the price is high. It is also good for the long rides and the brakes are very good.

I have tested it on both city roads and mild off r

Since buying the Honda CB200X, I have tested it on both city roads and mild off road conditions. This bike packs a 184.4cc engine that is capable of producing about 17.03 PS of power, which is more than sufficient for daily commutes and light adventure riding. The bike’s design is promising featuring an upswept exhaust and a windscreen that provides good protection against wind and dusts. The ground clearance is comfortable at 167 mm, facilitating mild off road adventures without much hassle.

    Adventure-Ready Performer with Modern Tech

" The Honda CB200X is a competent outdoor performer which incorporates modern technologies that choice these riders who needs a more versatile and capable option. The customers speak highly of the bike’s powerful engine, convenient ergonomics, which are comfortable for the city rides and the road trips. Therefore, best for the city and also off-road adventures. The futuristic elements of the product like the dual-channel ABS, digital display and smartphone connectivity make it a to-go product for the market. Nevertheless, some riders are interested in decent wing protection and thus the designers are advised to work on it as well as to improve the efficiency of fuel consumption in more massive journeys."

    App support

Sporty look and sporty feelings in an ev #tork_kratos_r the tork has recently launched its tork kratos r which has an astonishing sporty feel and look, To be honest it gives you the same feeling while riding it also, It has a range of 120 kms but it will vary if we change the modes, We can change the modes according to our speed levels just like gears in any other bike it has buttons instead to change the modes, The things it lacks in are it's extra fittings and crash guard, It does not have any extra fittings and no place for crash guard, But the overall build quality is good and pickup is of 0-40 speed in just 3.5 sec just amazing pickup for a sporty feeling the after sales service is okay, But not up to the mark, The shock absorber should be made to two instead of 1 for effective shock absorption, The main thing it lacks in is abs, It doesn't have anti braking system also known as abs.It has many features like in app support, Geofencing, Gps tracker to track your bike location and many more. The after sales service should be.Improved they are not providing the service up to the mark as expected by the customer for this ev bike.

I went for a test ride in

I went for a test ride in the kolkata experience centre and the first impression is good.In the long run, The sitting position might be a hassle for long distance daily commuters.Apart from that, The battery is not removable which is a bit of concern for me but it does have a chain for pulling its rear wheel which can be seen as an advantage over the competitors offering belt mechanism.Overall, It depends on your usecase whether you want to go for it or not.

    I've been using this bike

I've been using this bike for 1 year and i came to the conclusion, That this is one of the best ev bikes in the field. This is really a comfort-giving bike. The only thing that i'm sad, About that is its charging pumps are very rarely available but i think in the future it will be fixed as per the growth of ev users. In the talk about performance, This is better than the revolt 400, In a single charge with the eco mode it gives a 150-170 km range. And it's pickup is also similar to sports bikes as fast, Anyone can say it's an ev sports bike from its look and build quality. In the bike app lots and display, There are lots of features, And the one i like most is it has an anti-theft mode which is only unlocked by user access. As i'm from kolkata the shipping charge took more price but after all, I can honestly say you must try this e-bike.

    Unique feature

The bike comes with three modes, Eco, City and sport.Eco mode is very dull but lets you get upto speeds of 50kmph which is decent.City mode has better acceleration and goes upto 70kmph.I haven't bothered testing the range in eco and city modes, As i never use them. But i must say, The motor is really really efficient.I ride it in sport mode, Exactly like i used to ride my dominar 400 for my daily commute.Yet, The bike returns a good efficiency of about 95-99 kms per charge in sport mode (company claims 90kms).My accelerations are linear and i ride at around 55-70 kmph using regen instead of brakes.Being chain driven, Chain maintenance becomes mandatory which i really don't mind. The app comes with a unique feature (compensating for the lack of modern instrument cluster) where the phone connects via bluetooth and displays a fancy version of the instrument cluster on the phone. It can be used by mounting the phone on the handle bar, But it's mostly a miss since it does not work well in real time. The bike does have fast charging capabilities, But since the company has not finalised the type of charging port as of december 2022, The charging port slot has been left empty for now.The slow fixed charger at 750w does take a good 6-7 hours to completely charge the vehicle.
