Tork Kratos R Now Rs 37,500 More Affordable

It now undercuts the Revolt RV400 by around Rs 5,000, but there is a catch

Pune-based Tork Motors has already got into the festive mood ahead of Holi, by announcing a massive discount of Rs 37,500 on the Tork Kratos R. The electric motorcycle is now priced at Rs 1,49,999 (ex-showroom including FAME 2 subsidy), and the discount will be available till March 31.

Interestingly, the Kratos R is now Rs 4,951 more affordable than the popular Revolt RV400 , the Kratos R’s primary rival. This step, even though for a limited time, makes it an even more attractive electric offering in the market considering its design, performance, and features.

It is powered by a 9kW (peak) axial flux motor making 38Nm. It is paired to a 4kWh lithium-ion battery pack, and has a claimed range of 120km (Eco). The Tork Kratos R uses a split trellis frame which is suspended onto a telescopic fork and a monoshock. It has a ground clearance of 165mm and weighs 140kg.

Apart from the Revolt RV400, the Tork Kratos R goes up against electric motorcycles like the Oben Rorr and Hop Oxo. Post March 31, though, the Kratos R will go back to its original price of Rs 1,87,499 (ex-showroom including FAME 2 subsidy).
