Recently Asked User Questions

Q. What is the difference between Bajaj Chetak Urbane and Bajaj Chetak Premium?
  • The main distinguishing factor between the Urbane and the Premium variant is that the latter gets a front disc brake with metallic-finish rims in the shade Slate Grey or Satin Black. More subtle changes on the Urbane trim include either a black or medium grey seat cover, Siberian silver bezels, black plastic floor mats, and two glossy solid colours. Comparatively, the Premium trim gets tan-coloured seats, Satin silver bezels, dark grey floor mats, and four glossy metallic colours.
Q. What's is the best choice bajaj chetak or tvs icube electric?
  • Selecting between the Bajaj Chetak and TVS iQube Electric would depend on certain factors such as usage, budget, features required, brand preference, etc. Bajaj has ushered in a new era of electric mobility with the Chetak electric. Its timeless appeal is only matched by its elegant style and premium fit and finish levels. The Chetak might not be as futuristic or boast of great performance as the Ather 450X, but it does offer an easy urban riding experience. The Bajaj is offering you a more feature-rich scooter, with things like a touchscreen, navigation, and fast charging, none of which are available on the Chetak. It’s also considerably quicker, more exciting to ride and even gets a rear disc brake over the Chetak’s drum. On the other hand, iQube Electric has an annoying startup tune, which sounds like a certain water purifier, The raised floorboard means your legs could foul with the handlebar while making tight U-turns, Doesn’t support fast charging, yet. The iQube should be sweating a bit, because, after years of being developed behind closed doors, it is now meeting reality and the competition. The Ather 450 and Bajaj’s Chetak put the iQube on the back foot, at least on paper, but it’s on the roads it has to prove itself. The heart of the iQube is a 3kW hub motor sourced from Bosch, which is a bit disappointing. Even the 4.4kW of peak power, translating to about 6PS of power, sounds quite middling. TVS’ claims of accomplishing the 0-40kph dash in 4.2s and hitting a top speed of 78kph don’t mean much either, unless it does so in a fun and confident manner. Moreover, we would suggest you take a test ride before making the final decision. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership..Read more:- Bajaj Chetak First Ride ReviewRead more:- 2020 TVS iQube: First Ride Review
  • I (height is 5'9') found height between handle bar and floor board is ergonomically designed and not facing any problem while taking deep you turn. The instant pressing of Power/Start button will skip the initiation sound like water purifier. The practical real range per charge is 105-106 Kms with Rider's weight of 66Kgs. The charging time of 4 1/2 hours to reach from 5% to 100% is little bit boring. In fact, I experienced TVS IQube 2022 takes less than 4 Secs to reach 0-40 KPH and reaches 80KMH even when battery charge remains at 25%. This is my practical experience.
Q. Which scooter is better Bajaj Chetak or Ather 450X?
  • The Ather 450 is among the most premium and expensive electric two-wheelers on sale in India. The Ather 450 justifies its premium price with its list of features, performance, technology and range. The Ather 450X makes 6kW of peak power and offers a top speed of 80kmph. On the features list, the Ather 450X gets built-in Google Maps as well as digital document storage. Moreover, it also features Bluetooth connectivity enabling music and phone call controls. You also get 4G LTE SIM connectivity. On the other hand, the Chetak features a 4kW BLDC motor and offers two riding modes: Eco and Sport. Apart from its well-rounded design, the Chetak is slightly plain Jane on the feature front. It gets an LCD screen, geotagging, geofencing and turn-by-turn navigation. As of now, the Chetak is available only in Bengaluru and Pune which is also a limitation the customers have to face. So if you’re looking at a quick, fun to ride and tech-loaded scooter, the 450X is a no-brainer. But the jump in price is quite significant (Rs 25k more than Chetak) if you want to buy the scooter outright. If you factor in the base scooter with a subscription to the monthly performance packs, it doesn’t sound like a bad deal. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride before making the final decision. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership details. Read More:- Ather 450X vs Bajaj Chetak

Revisiting the Classic with Bajaj Chetak

Having owned the new Bajaj Chetak for a few months now, I feel there is much to say about this electric scooter. Bajaj revived the Chetak with a modern electric twist and it has not disappointed in making daily commutes smooth and eco friendly. The scooter sports a 3 kWh lithium ion battery that effectively offers a range of about 95 km on a single charge in Eco mode which is quite sufficient for everyday city use.The design retains a classic aesthetic, blending nostalgia with modernity, which I personally love.

    Scooter Returns with Electric Power

Offering a of quaint fetish and coincidental technology, the Bajaj Chetak makes a prosperous return as an iconic scooter with myelectric propulsion. This type to me since it provides a quiet, comfortable ride that's suggestive of the initial Chetak. This model is a name option in the electric scooter region, and I actually like it due of itseco-friendly features and literal history. This model has won my heart because of the features it provides, similar as its High-tech networking capabilities and important electric motor. The Chetak has been my go- to option for City transportation with mystyle and fineness because to its special design and ecological safety.

Bajaj Chetak has made a grand comeback

Electrifying the streets, the Bajaj Chetak has made a grand comeback, this time in an electric avatar. With a retro design that comes back to its roots, combined with modern technology riding the Chetak is like experiencing the best of both worlds. Its IP 67 rated 3 kWh Lithium Ion battery promises a range of about 95 km on a single charge which is quite adequate for daily city commutes. But here is the kicker the charging time. It takes about 5 hours to fully charge, which means you need to plan your rides or charging spots a bit carefully.
