This scooter can be bought at an upfront price of Rs 1.59 lakh (on-road Bengaluru), with an additional Rs 400 per month for the online services and public fast charging plan. There’s also an option where you can lease the battery separately for Rs 1,999 per month (for three years) after paying Rs 99,000 upfront. Powering the 450X electric scooter is a 2.9kWh motor producing 6kW of power. Range for the electric scooter is 85km and Ather 450X top speed is 80kmph. Ather 450X charge time is 5hrs and 45mins and with fast charging speed is 1.45km/min. Bajaj entered the electric two-wheeler space with its Chetak e-scooter. It is powered by a 4.08kW, 16Nm electric motor that propels it to a limited top speed of 60kmph. The 3.0kWh lithium-ion battery pack allows it to cover a claimed 85km in Sport mode and 95km in Eco mode.The Chetak is also packed with features like keyless operation, full-LED lighting, fully digital instrumentation and a reverse function. The scooter is currently available in Bengaluru and Pune but sales will expand to nearly 400 ProBiking (KTM) dealerships across the country by July 2020. It is priced at Rs 1.15 lakh (ex-showroom) for the front disc model. TVS launched the iQube Electric scooter in India in January 2020. The price of the TVS iQube Electric scooter is Rs 1.15 lakh, on-road Bengaluru. TVS has already begun deliveries of the iQube Electric scooter but only in Bengaluru. TVS has begun operations only in Bengaluru with no plans of expansion to other cities in India revealed yet. Powering the iQube Electric is a 3kW hub motor that helps the electric scooter clock a 0-40kmph time of 4.2 seconds. The top speed of the iQube Electric is 78kmph. TVS claims that the 3 battery packs of total charge capacity 2.25kWh are capable of propelling the iQube Electric for 75km in Eco mode.
