The refreshed Tata Harrier is offered in four broad trims: Smart, Pure, Adventure, and Fearless. And if you’re a fan boy of the all-black Dark Edition, there is good news as it’s available with the refreshed Harrier in the top three trims. In this report, we’ve sourced real-life images of the Harrier Dark Edition and here are all the details in our image gallery.
The Harrier Dark Edition is finished in this rather stealthy Oberon Black hue. Contrasting bits such as the grille, skid plates and other shiny elements (except the badging) have all been blacked out. Also, higher-end variants of the Harrier roll on larger 19-inch rims as opposed to the smaller 18-inch units offered in the standard variant.
Lastly, you get Dark Edition badging on the front fenders to denote this is the all-black Harrier.
The interior of the Harrier Dark Edition continues to feature a blacked-out styling with all-black dashboard, seat upholstery and roofliner.
Do note that the Harrier’s cabin can be had in different themes depending on the variant you pick. Also, Considering that you get the Harrier Dark Edition in its top-end variant, you get all the bells and whistles, which we have detailed in our launch story.
The Harrier Dark Edition is offered with a 2-litre diesel engine which puts out 170PS of power and 350Nm of torque. It can be paired to either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission.
Prices
Prices for the Harrier Dark Edition start at Rs 19.99 lakh (ex-showroom) and go up to Rs 26.44 lakh (ex-showroom). You can check out the variant-wise price of rest of the variants here. It continues to compete with SUVs such as the Mahindra XUV700 (5-seater variants), MG Hector, Jeep Compass, as well as compact SUVs like the Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos.
